Even though we are having a contract for more than a year and quite happy with the regular cleaning lady, the way your employees act and behave is unacceptable. Yesterday you sent us the replacement for one week - the lady Marcela. I was at work and my husband was with the sick baby working from home. Marcela left after 3 hours not even starting to work in the ground floor (kitchen, living room, corridor, toilet) and on the 1st floor she decided to skip cleaning toilet and shower, stairs were in the dust. Pictures attached. My husband called to the agency 1 hour later when she left (sorry not immediately as your Customer support accused us, as mentioned we have a sick child at home), explained the situation, suggestion was to break the contract... When I arrived in the evening, I had to start vacuuming the house after the cleaning lady. Today I called to Customer Service lady (+32470473197) and was accused of lying, saying that my husband confirmed that job was done well. When I took him on a line and he confirmed opposite, she said the conversation was not constructive and she would not send anyone to clean our house. Even though I mentioned the lady can come and I pay extra 3 hours. I hope for your understanding and finding a solution. House is still dirty, please, send us a cleaning lady today, preferably the same one, so I can demonstrate in detail the result.
