The one star is for the young lady who helped process my paperwork. Everything else was complete awful. Interested in a car, came in right before closing to do paperwork to see if I was approved for the down payment. I was and decided to leave since they were closed and told them I would return. I went back to finish up paperwork and to test drive the car because I didn't have a chance to since they were closed. Was told by the owner I couldn't drive the car because I arrived in a vehicle with a paper tag. It was furthered to explain it's the law in the state of S.C. I asked so what if I Uber here ? I would still not be able to test drive. I went back in to tell her( I assumed the owner) I would have no ride back up to the lot since I live pretty far. I was then told my application was deleted because I left unhappy! Why wasn't I told that when I called this morning to get the vin information for my insurance. I brought a car from them and they were nothing but nice. first time ever paying a car. they were very helpful and walked me through every step with ease. I find the ladies in the office are very helpful in every way. My grandson also brought a truck here . we had no problem with the office are the salesman. Very RUDE!!!! I didn't have my payment Saturday but that Monday morning I had my balance to pay them. They wouldn't process my payment because tow guy was on his way. I was standing by the car calling them to make my payment they wouldn't take! The ladies are very nasty, and rude. They told me to "have a great day". Karma is a b!%$#! Be careful how you treat people! Crazy thing I actually purchased a vehicle for them before. The building is disgusting, dogs everywhere including dog hair everywhere. Building stinks! If I could give this place 0 stars I would no questions asked! They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership in my life. They lock themselves up in their building and will not conduct official business with you inside their establishment unless it's through a small back ratty office window. The only time they invite you inside is to sign the paperwork and that will be the last you'll ever see the inside of that office building. They treat and talk to their customers as if you are below them and as if they're doing you a favor by doing business with them. I have been hung up on and yelled at in person by their associates and there's no management there to help rectify a situation at hand properly. Worse place you could ever do car business at. I would recommend Crook's Auto down the street first before this unprofessional "business" if that's even what you want to call them. It's disgusting service! Just like their high mileage cars they have sitting collecting dust on their lot. read more
