Not only is their care excellent and at a very fair price, but last week when I had a minor issues with medication I had lost they went way above and beyond to solve my issue for me. They did not have to do this, it was just excellent customer service by the entire staff. I am extremely Gratefully for their help and care. I will be a patient here for many years to come. Thank you for taking care of my vision needs and me.

Absolute worst pair of glasses I have ever purchased in my life. I tried to explain to the…read moreassistant who gave them to me I wasn't able to see through the glasses, they were all blurry, and I asked what to do because they were starting to fog up due to the face mask I was required to wear. Instead of helping me to investigate further, she said the blurry vision was from the fogging up and not to worry, I should take them home to use. She couldn't even be bothered to ask additional questions to find out what was going on. I thought they would offer to make sure they fit and worked correctly. Nope, none of that. So, I have a pair of trifocals in which the lines are much higher for one eye than the other and are lopsided, they keep sliding way down my nose, and don't allow my eyes to reach focus. After taking them home, I was even more shocked by how bad they were. They don't even focus clearly, just blobs/all blurry. I repeatedly tried contacting them, but apparently they were too busy to answer the phone or respond to any of my messages. I am now stuck with a very expensive pair of glasses I can't use and I can't use my insurance to get another pair from a different doctor for another year. Obviously, they don't check the glasses they give people and they make you pay before one even has a chance to try them. They need to carefully check all glasses before giving them to people and they shouldn't take your money until you have had a chance to check them. They should also provide items to read/see at different distances so you can test vision and check new glasses to make sure they actually work as they're supposed to. They also need to stop rushing people out as fast as possible and spend time with every person to make sure everything is as it should be. If patients are wearing face masks and it's fogging up their glasses, then they should take them to a safe area where they can take off their mask to test the glasses. When I was there, all they did was sit me down at a little table in a hallway with people rushing around me, nothing to look at to test them, give me the glasses, and ask how they were. When I said they were blurry, they made excuses and sent me home with them anyhow. I felt really rushed by the employee, she showed absolutely no concern or interest in the process, and both of the female employees I interacted with acted very cold, uninterested, and even bored. I felt like I was being treated like a piece of wood, not as a human being. The one employee's behavior was very negligent in my opinion and their failure to respond to my concerns made the situation even worse. I am crushed, I really needed good glasses and now I'll have to wait another year before I can get a pair that actually work. Not being able to see clearly is going to have a huge negative impact on my life. I am sorry, but I most definitely do not recommend Grays Harbor Vision Clinic as a place to get your vision checked or as a place to get glasses. For me, they failed miserably and I am giving them a rating of a F- for failure. I just threw away hundreds of dollars for glasses that don't even work, I can't afford to do that. I am sick to my stomach about the whole thing.
