I stopping by this very attractive looking shop on a recent trip to Buenos Aires. I was looking for a black belt among other things. I saw a belt that I liked within second of going in the store. Holding the belt, I asked the sales person if he had additional sizes. His dismissively replied "no hablo Ingles" and it was clear he had no interest in helping. I was quite surprised for a store of that quality and in that part of the city not to have someone who did not speak a word on English or did not try to help.
