He is not only a great dentist he also knows how to make you feel like an old friend. There was this one time when , wait never mind it's a long story and you probably don't want to hear me go on and on about how funny the story was but trust me I've never laughed as hard as I did that time. Wait a second Dr. Shankle seems to make me laugh every time. I'm not sure but now I'm starting to think he might not be as funny as I through because I always take the laughing gas so maybe he's not the stand up comedian I through he was and it's all the gas. Hell who knows now but it will give me something to ponder as I lay in bed at night feeling happy because I just used my free tooth brush Dr. K. Shankle gave me in my goody bag when I got my teeth cleaned the last time. He gives out freaking free tooth brushes. Who can even do that but a great dentist.

I went into Spring Dental for caps on my teeth in 7-2021. When the dentist finished I was informed…read morethat they had filledmy teeth instead. They said they had trouble putting the caps on. All I wanted to do was get out because it had been over 2 hours. They even took my blood pressure 7 times because they forgot to check the gage and were having trouble finding one that worked. Before I left I paid the co payment and was told that they would bill my insurance. A few months later I got a bill for over $500. When I questioned the office book keeper I was told that they billed my insurance but that they had no records for me. I contacted my insurance and they said they hadn't received any bills from anyone for that year and to tell the dentist to send a bill, which I did. Well I guess the office messed up and never sent a bill on time and the insurance has a policy that they don't pay after so long. My insurance has told me not to pay them because it's Spring Dental's mistake. I am still being billed every few months, almost 2 years later.
