They made the place warm and did excellent work. However, the place is cold and Krista is the worst. I came in with my child that is special needs because his tech called off. They said it was "fine" to have him there (they wanted the money) although I told them that I could come back. It was pretty empty that day and some staff that wasn't busy played with him during the crown replacement. After this, I called in because I was having more pain after the crown and wanted to schedule for this and eventually my cleaning. Krista told me that my son was not allowed on the premises (although I told her his technician would be with him in the waiting room). She stated that I needed to "leave him at home" which is in violation of ADA laws. I went to another dentist due to this and found out that Dr. Shaw put a crown on a tooth that had an infection on one root - something that she should have caught with due diligence. The other dentist did several x-rays but NDP only did the one with the machine that spins around your head. I had to pay for x-rays a second time because Krista did not send my records. I requested my records several times and Krista claims she mailed them but in email correspondence; she is completely dishonest about several things. She also ghosted me and ignored my requests to resolve the matter. Once I mentioned contacting my attorney, she stated that "you can bring your son." He wasn't welcome before I contacted my attorney. I am serious about my son's rights as a disabled person and he should be treated with dignity. Krista is cold, unprofessional, dishonest, and her name should be Karen. This place is cold - it wasn't like this before. They lack empathy and seem to only care about money. The quality of care has tremendously declined as well. I did not feel cared for and ended up paying twice for one tooth. I want a refund and will not be going back! I had planned on getting an implant and invisalign with them but will go elsewhere. I saved up to treat myself but I do not trust Dr. Shaw's work. I specifically asked her for ozone and she did not want to do it. I remember when Dr. Raiffe did my other crown, he did the ozone as a preventative measure and no pain after the crown. They are expensive and I don't mind paying for good work; but they are unprofessional, lack empathy, and not a quality provider in my opinion. I should not have to spend approximately two months requesting my records or a refund. I have to pay to another provider to get the tooth properly fixed. Not worth the time or headache - find a practice that actually cares about their patients. Taking short cuts to save money at patient's expense is wild work. Shame on Karen and Dr. Shaw. Shame on you both.

I replied no, but I will call my old dentist and have them emailed over. She said we need them right now and I replied to go ahead and take new ones. An emergency patient walked in and needed her temporary crown glued back on. I told them go ahead and work on her and in the meantim, I called my old dentist to see if I could get my X-rays emailed, since I have a few minutes, while they work on other patient. They sent them over. They finally call me back and the dentist first complained that my dentist from Denver sent over a panoramic, she said lazy dentist use those. She could not enlarge the other X-rays and she was quite flustered. I come to realize that X-rays must be their money maker. There was a lot of push to get me to take new X-rays. She finally ask why I am here and I replied for a cleaning. She said we never do cleanings on a first visit. I wish someone would have told me that. The sad thing is that it took me an hour round trip to get there and I was in there for over an hour for nothing. I wish dentists would understand, that we are busy people too. It is also sad that I am going to get a bill from this practice. I was surprised that no one has called me.

The office itself is very beautiful and clean. The walls and ceilings are painted beautifully. They also offer a headset to listen to the TV they have in front of each chair while they work on your teeth if you are uncomfortable. I actually look forward to my dentist visits here. The technology they have for checking and cleaning your teeth is as modern and high tech as it gets. Lastly, Dr Lachot is great. Excellent at what he does and I can easily give him five stars for the work he and his staff do. If your insurance covers their services you definitely should go there too!

They are NOT flexible at all with creating a dental payment plan. They just expect me to whip out a credit card and charge it. Like most working people I work paycheck to paycheck. I spent over $12,000 with them to get work done that I did not need over 2 years ago. I have delayed writing about this because I wanted the anger to fade so that I could simply be factual. I went in for a cleaning and let them know I was very nervous because I had burning mouth syndrome and my mouth was very sensitive. I mentioned to the doctor that I would like a few small chips smoothed out. Instead, because he had a cancelation, he convinced me to get "Veneers". I agreed only because I had read it was a non - invasive procedure. Instead I got 6 crowns and was traumatized as he drilled my front teeth down to stubs. I had very beautiful, straight teeth prior to the procedure. My father had been a dentist. I was in shock and so overwhelmed and felt so taken advantage of for his greed. I cried for hours after I left. My husband could not understand how I sat through hours of drilling in my weakened condition. I felt absolutely violated by this procedure that I did not need or want. And they did get paid their $12,000 and no one ever called to see how I was feeling afterward so you can only imagine how it feels to get a call now asking for $280 they forgot to bill me for the cleaning.

It was clean, friendly and high tech. Above all, Dr. James Oh's skill was excellent. He treated me gently and painlessly. Thanks to the high-tech system, the crown was made and fitted right away. Receiving treatment at this dentist was a truly amazing and grateful experience.
