I tried to engage the services of McMahon and Associates today. I left a message with…read morereceptionist about what I was seeking and she said someone would call me back. I got a call back and what I was told is "We don't give free advice. We charge $250 an hour." I get that, but i want to get want I'm shopping for and hear from any professional that they can help with my particular situation before they ask me to come in and pay a fee. To imply I was asking for free advice tells without having a simple conversation with me is unprofessional or that I don't have the money or that I am seeking probono services. I called and asked for information about how to engage them and to see if they could help with my situation. What I get is "we don't provide free advice." LOL I give free advice and that is......you can't get customers without talking to them to see if it is a fit.
