First off, I want to apologize. Mr. Yoon as I could've sworn I submitted a Yelp Review after he…read moretook on my personal affairs. Mr. Yoon saw me from a million miles away as I entered the courtroom and nervously waited for my time to present my appeal and request for work/medical license due to legal ramifications I had placed myself in due to my negligent abuse of alcohol which when coupled with my untreated alcoholism led my DUI and to my criminal conviction and revocation of my rights to operate a motor vehicle until my sentence, probationary fees, and other legal fees were accounted for. Mr. Yoon approached me in the courthouse in 2015-2016, apologies for the gap in time as the specific date alludes me, as our greatest enemy is time, but I digress. Mr. Yoon identified that I was walking into a metaphorical minefield as it was extremely obvious that I was out of my depth when I walked in. He briefly asked me about my situation I was in and represented me and assisted me with my appeal in my case. He requested that I submit a Yelp Review, I could've sworn I already wrote one, but I have found myself in a moment of retrospection, reminiscing about how noble and just his shear presence was and how comforting he was during my state of vulnerability. I regret that the DUI happened at all in the first place and that I lost the career that I loved so much. But I am thankful that no one was hurt or killed as a result of my stupidty as I firmly know I would not be able to live with myself if I caused undue harm or death to my fellow american(s) or human being. I found myself yearning to address this once more to hopefully mentor someone that may be going through a bad time in their life that it is OK to reach out for support as there are many other people out there amongst us that have fallen into war with themselves and their past, present, and the fear and uncertainty that the future holds for us. But if we arm ourselves with knowledge and build each other up rather than tear each other down as Mr. Yoon exemplifies by his character and willingness to help those that lack proper representation. In my closing statements, I hope to leave these breadcrumbs to help other lost souls and pay it forward, because without a person like Mr. Yoon, I would not be the man I am today. Sometimes we can't see the forest for all the trees. - John Heywood Everyday is a new day, and although we in our life may face bad days, remember that we have resources available to us and that sometimes it's our mindset that causes these feelings of incompetency that misguide us and only harm us further. Don't judge a book by its cover, but by its character. The case for the legal fees went to a Circuit Court of Virginia hearing My lawyer decided not to attend and instead sent a junior partner, Bret Giaimo, whose hands were visibly shaking and voice kept breaking up with nerves. Judge Stoney was clearly not satisfied with the Giaimo's explanation for Jaros' billing practices and awarded me only 70% of my costs as reasonable, leaving me over $11,000 out of pocket. When I asked Jaros to amend his billing to better reflect what the judge determined as reasonable, he refused. Even when I asked him to split the difference he flatly refused. To add insult to inquiry, after the court hearing Jaros sent me a long email telling me that I should look at this as a victory because the defendants were not happy with the amount they had to pay out . He then billed me a further $113 for the 'pleasure' of his email. Overall, I was billed more than $40,000 and was awarded $29,000 by the court as reasonable fees. I reached out to their CEO, Paul Abraham, but he didn't bother to reply. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!! *Sort reviews by lowest and you'll get the true picture

UPDATE: I got what I…read morewanted and what I KNEW was in the best interest of my children. I thought it was settled, nope. My Ex filed again for the exact same thing, EXACT same thing. I sent it over to Mike (this time, more irritated than worried). I KNOW I'm in good hands, I stressed alot less after having him. We finally appeared for the judge to decide if we need to go to trial again, Mike shut it down immediately. He was slick and smooth and knew exactly what to use. It was literally magic. No shit. I had to literally jump for joy once the court room's doors closed. Mike was happy that I was happy and I saw it right then and there, he gave a shit. Not only cause WE won but because he made his client happy. I've heard horror stories about Lawyers costing people an arm & a leg and still not being happy with results. That wasn't the case- Mike was very reasonable and honest. I appreciate that. He was very upfront about the costs of things and didn't bs around it. I'm VERY happy with what I received and it was worth every penny. He truly does provide quality service. All BS aside, Mike knows what he's doing. Stop stressing, make your life easier and just hire him. You WON'T regret it. I promise! Now understand this is in the courts hands and all depends on the mood the judge wakes up in but Mike is your best fucking chance. He will ALWAYS be my go to. ALWAYS. Thanks again Mike, for everything! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you

First, Donald genuinely cares about his clients and focuses on getting the best results. Secondly, Donald is experienced. He's in that courtroom everyday and has a great predictability in how the judges think. Donald is very wise. While polite to his judicial adversaries, Donald does not cringe in tough situations. We're talking about a U.S. Army Lt. Colonel who survived the jungles of Vietnam. In a word, Donald wins. And his legal fees are reasonable. Donald doesn't not nickel and dime like many other lawyers. He'll give you a fee and all the courtroom appearances, phone calls, letters written, photo copies, etc. are under that umbrella. If you have a moment of pause on the legal fees, look at this way -what would be cost of judgements that don't go your way. Donald successfully thwarted opposing lawyer attempts for me to pay their client's legal fees. That alone save me tens of thousands of dollars. He won monetary judgements for me that I had not asked. What you're getting with Mr. Daugherty is client honesty, solid legal knowledge, and decades of daily courtroom experience. Donald cares about his clients and he wins. Donald is a rare, affordable super lawyer and you want this man representing you.
