I don't know what kind of attorney he is; I didn't stick around to find out. I had to pay him over $300 just to have the pleasure of talking to him. That is what it cost me to tell him what my case was about. The only thing I got in return was him telling me that I was wrong in what I had experienced in the past year and a half. But what did I know? I only lived it. His biggest concern was making sure I understood how much money he expected me to pay him. Uh, no thanks. I decided to represent myself and I did a heck of a better job than he would have...and I'm a lot cheaper. read more

So upon my father-in law's death I returned to Gino Peluso's office to handle the estate. I found Gino Peluso and his staff worked as quickly as they could to handle each part of the estate. They worked professionally with the heirs of the estate who had questions and issues with the speed of processing the estate. In the end everything was completed as quickly and professionally as possible and all within the state's requirements. I was very pleased with the work Gino Peluso and his staff completed. If I were to be appointed executor of another estate I would not hesitate to request Gino Peluso's services. I would recommend others to his practice.
