I am very grateful for Mr Payonk's help. He is patient and clear. He's the perfect example of why experience matters. Dealing with lawyers is costly (or sometimes very costly), but keep in mind that if you try to deal with the juniors out there to save some money, you may end up paying double by having to reach out to a new attorney later (exactly what happened to me). indeed, i learned first-hand that the more experienced ones know the little tricks and can make a huge difference (and i mean huge) in a much shorter time.
