The hygienists are very good too. and if you are " dentist phobic " they have massage chairs, relaxation videos and music to ease your mind. Dr. Mamo is super gentle so even the biggest dental avoiders need not be afraid. You can call and they will fit you in for dental emergencies or dental " maybe emergencies" because they care about your dental health . Really nice people, great dentist, and he dresses cool too. Yes, I don't like them too, but that is how the process goes. I have being to many dental offices/dentists. Over the years, I have probabltly spend about $20,000 on my teeth. I may note that my teeth are healthy; most work was cosmetic. Yes, what I did at The Smile Studio was fixing another detist's mistake; actually two of them. The cost was a bit more than my budget allowed. Yet, I knew that it is very close to what it costs everywhere. The staff is great, friendly, direct and attentive. The dental assistant asked me if I want white or silver filling. I was thrilled!!! Once, at the different dentist, I was left with silver filling. Just think about the shock when I looked at myself in the mirrow and saw a silver filling, affer I spend about $20,000 on top quality dental cosmetic work!!! At The Smile Studio, they match the white color of the filling identicaly to the rest of my teeth!! Now, let's talk about the dentist! I was in best hands ever. He was very gentle. I could barely feel him touching me. It was very relaxing. He took his time working on my tooth till it was perfected. Now, it looks like if no work was done there what so ever! The only issue I had was I came to see him and get it fixed as "emergency" visit and it ended up being a consult to sell me veneers which I didn't like. But I told him I was going to go with bonding and he said ok then I had to schedule an appointment to get it fixed a week out. I got on liar for cancellations and it was fixed the next day so not to bad. Thought that was odd practice to send away people with dental emergency my tooth could have cracked off and I was afraid to eat on it. Anyway it worked out it's good now if he had fixed it same day without another visit I would have given 5 stars.

We were looking for a dentist, in 2014, after having a really bad experience with another local dentist that totally messed up a crown that I needed. The dentist, in question, did a poor job with the crown and refused to be bothered with alleviating the pain I was having after his repair. Fortunately, I found Dr. McClaran and he took me on as a patient to correct the problem temporarily at no charge. We had to leave for Germany, where I worked, and when I returned to Cape Coral, after retirement, in 2016, we became regular patients of his. He and his team have taken care of my family for the last nine years. His professionalism has never wavered and he makes sure that all the care he provides is the best! Girl too 20 minutes to get scan. It seemed forever. Crowns came. Crowns didn't fit. I said because gorl took forever on scan and seemed she was a rookie at it. Doctor did scan this time. It took him only 3 minutes to finish. He returned both bad crowns to lab because didn't fit properly. I had to wait longer again for molars. Crowns came again. Fit is only ok. Not perfect. Teeth so tight together I can't floss properly. I told Doctor but he complained that he would have to take crown off and sand it down to fit. He said it's supposed to be tight so no food gets in. I said what? He finally sanded or whatever he did to widen gap. Cleanings went ok there. The hygienist has language barriers. Front desk Heather was the best employee. Went back for exam with Dr. Espinoza and he said I have a huge cavity in tooth 19. I would need a root canal and a crown. I went to another dentist to get second opinion. This doctor said I do not have a cavity in tooth 19. Only slight bone loss which will be watched.

I had made an appointment for her to replace 2 crowns on 2 teeth that would also be seen when I smile. I had the appointment & made a 250$ deposit, initially I wasn't happy with the implant crown- it was too white and even stuck out a bit, but decided not to make a big deal about it. My teeth are white- but not as white as the crown and it wasn't until I saw a picture of me smiling that I realized how bad it looked. 24hrs before, I cancelled my appointment to have the other crowns replaced because I was concerned about them not being able to match these crowns either. I then made an appointment to see Dr Parsons to see if there was anything they could do this implant crown. Dr Parsons literally spent less than 1-2 minutes with me. I was with the assistant, who was very rude to me. I wanted to talk to DR PARSONS because she is the DENTIST! The assistant couldn't even answer all of my questions, and it was clear that both she AND Dr Parsons were put out by the fact that I was there. I looked again, with the assistant, at other colors to possibly replace the crown with but we couldn't find one. My concern about getting new crowns not matching were quite real. Thank goodness I cancelled the appointment and didn't spend 4,000 bucks on crowns that would look terrible. But I was out 250$ for cancelling my appointment ( I cancelled 24, not 48 hrs prior). I think the reason was understandable, however. I mentioned this to the assistant who said, "well, you should have shown up for your appointment". She could not have have been more snotty! I told her I did cancel more than 24hrs prior. She said, "we booked a lot of time for you." Then she said I should have come in that day to discuss it with Dr Parsons. She was hateful and honestly, it was upsetting. Even after we couldn't match the color of the crown, Dr Parsons couldn't be bothered to come back in. I just to go to my other dentist who had done all my other work but is 2500 miles away, so next time I fly there to visit my kids I'll have to spend hours at dentist- instead of with my kids. AND I'll have to pay 2,000 dollars to replace the implant crown, plus paying for the other 2 crowns. And I'm out 250$. And I'm on disability- I don't have dental insurance. I've never been treated so badly ever, by any dentist office. They don't care about the quality of their work. Stay away. I wanted to add to this. When I went back to my dentist in CA, they said that the crown should be redone. They also felt it was not only the wrong color, but it's not the right size. They are cosmetic dentists in S Ca and have been in practice over 30yrs. But now I have to pay over 2,000$ for them to replace the crown that Dr Parsons had placed. I paid Dr Parsons over 2,000$. Money WASTED, that I don't have. Dr Parsons is not a cosmetic dentist. She couldn't care less about the work she does-as long as she gets your money. There are things to be taken into consideration when placing a crown- not just color. She should know this.

I received a letter from his office that he would no longer continue his services and best of luck. Dr. Beno never gave me the opportunity, or I don't have to explain to him. For 6 yrs., my both dental providers paid for all his services. I always paid my co-pays and any overpayment due to me his office manager, Karen sent me a check for overpayment. I quite can't understand the reasoning behind his letter. If that is how you treat your loyal customers, then you should not be in the practice, Dr. Adam M. Beno.
