Don't know what happened here but lately the service went from 5 starts to 1 only because of its existence. Service is getting worse bu the purchase. Employees make customers feel like an inconvenience for coming in. Hopefully management can come in to do some re training on customer service. read more

I had previously reviewed this place and if there was a choice for a ZERO star that's what I would rate it again. Honestly why do they feel the need to charge for ice??? I'm already paying almost 6 dollars for a 12 oz juice and when I simply ask for no ice they have the audacity to say how the cup won't be filled completely.. so I asked, "aren't I paying for 12 oz of juice?" And they literally said, "it's 10 oz of juice and 2 oz of ice." Woooowwww honestly? If I can give this place a zero star I would! I can't believe how rude and unprofessional the staff was today. So "Taisha" was helping people at the cashier as I waited to pick up MY ONLINE ORDER that was already ready for pick up. She was about to attend the THIRD customer when I spoke up n asked for my drink and she told me very rudely to wait n rolled her eyes n I told her I shouldn't wait if it was an online order! So I walked out w out my drink that I had paid for in advance. Her co worker was also rude as I went back in to ask for her name she turned to "Taisha" n laughed n told me "here's your drink" with an attitude. I refused the drink n walked out. I am on a low carb diet but it's getting so hot so I am craving my usual Acai smoothie. I asked the employees (Klara and Chloe) what they suggested and they helped me create a healthier version. They removed the raspberry sorbet and soy milk and replaced it with almond milk instead. Also, what really got me was when I asked for a boost of energy and Chloe asked "Did you want to substitute the daily vitamin with the energy shot instead?" I was so shocked to find out that it was free that way!!!! Most jamba juice places never even tell me that there is already a free vitamin boost and that im allowed to substitute it with whatever boost i like. I've been paying extra boosts for no reason this whole time! Crazy!! So i really appreciate these girls for being honest and helping me out this evening. They were both super friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. I respect them so much!! Thank you Klara and Chloe! You both show such great work ethic and are so kind to your customers. I went in yesterday around 11 and I noticed a new worker was having difficulty with the register and he was on the phone with the manager(I assume) the worker was returning a customers money due to the wait. However, another worker came in and blended up everyone's drinks and bowls very quickly. I waited about 7 minutes for my drink and the female worker was very nice and she apologized for the wait to everyone that was waiting. My only complaint is it was wrong and unprofessional for the manager to leave a new employee unattended. I felt bad for the new guy you can tell he was lost and nervous. read more

Hi there, the drinks here are very good. I often come here after I work out at the fitness. I always add more protein into my drink. When I order the small size, they always give me the medium size because I add more protein. The staff are very friendly. It sounds fun when you press the bells because they will say something to thank you. read more

Love this place, the smoothies are always delicious and I love the enthusiasm of the workers in there! The only thing I didn't like is that they have a worker wearing an old, dirty banana costume outside in the corner of the street showing the sign of the grand opening, for me it seems ghetto. read more

Love that they built this location. I will say though the wait time to receive your order is almost never under 10 minutes. The staff are friendly, helpful and inviting. Establishment is always clean. The smoothies are delicious, my favorites are white gummy & pb chocolate love. read more

Came here on my lunch break and I did not like it at all. I was served by Sonia who was very nice and knew what she was doing. I placed my order and waited. After waiting 10 mins I went outside to have a smoke and when I came back in after 5 mins they told me "welcome back again" so they knew who I was. I sat down and waited again in the total of 30 mins my order wasn't ready. I went up the guy who was making the order and asked if my order was going to be ready any time soon this week. He had no clue what was going on and then Sonia told him my order was supposed to be ready a LONG time ago yet he had no clue what was going on. At that point I want nothing from Jamba Juice but my money back. So I spoke with Megan who was a manager but she also had no clue what was going on and asked for my receipt when I didn't get one. I explained to her I didn't get one and she said sorry I can't help you, then Sonia stepped in and told her I did buy something and Megan asked my name and looked me up and said sorry for not knowing. Then apparently Megan didn't know how to give a refund so she called her store manager.... after spending a total of 45 mins there I didn't get my money back but a whole bunch of sorry's. After waiting 5 business days I still don't have my money back and after I went again to get my money they refused to give me my refund and told me to call corporate... fucken bs! I would NEVER come back here and I highly recommend you don't either! Gain some experience and pay attention to what your doing would be my word of advice for these people. read more
