The owner at time was sitting down talking to a Jamaican man who seemed to be more involved with making sure we were comfortable in the atore. She never got up. We asked her questions while she was sitting down. Fast forward to September 1st. She text my daughter asking for her money for the drum. My daughter was very confused. My daughter said , what are you talking about? She said, you never paid me that's why I don't like giving credit to people. My daughter was like huh! we paid you and you gave us a receipt and why are you calling me a month that later. She said, I been sick and my credit machine wasn't working well. Huh again. My daughter text me since she now lives in Nola. I said give her my number. The owner of the business called immediately. She lied about what she said to .just daughter. I said I will come by your business Thursday so we can resolve the matter. Mind you this is over $43.06 a month later. That's not the customers fault if your machine wasn't working properly. I live in Carson, so driving out to Lakewood and getting it fixed the same day was such a relief. This guitar isn't for professional use--it's for my daughter who's just starting to learn--so having it ready right away saved me a lot of time and hassle. He even tuned it by ear in seconds, which was really impressive. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
