Außerdem reichen wir eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks für den kleinen Hunger. Dabei arbeite ich ausschließlich mit Qualitäts- und Markenprodukten. Meine Gäste sollen sich in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Ambiente und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre wohlfühlen. Das ist mein Anspruch. Auf Sonderwünsche gehe ich gern ein, soweit es denn in meinen Möglichkeiten steht und der Betrieb es zulässt. Und auch, wenn es einmal wieder richtig voll ist, will ich für meine Gäste nicht auf die Qualität und das Liebevolle verzichten, nur um die Getränke möglichst schnell servieren zu können. Das bedarf teilweise ein wenig Geduld. Diejenigen, die mich und das Catalpa kennen, wissen, ich werde immer mein bestes geben!
