I ask to have another agent help, and he was able to immediately find a renter for each property. Both renters were terrible - not wanting to pay or take care of the space. Kinlin Grover was unwilling to help me to get these renters out. Over the year that I had Kinlin Grover 'manage' for me, they were never able to really find a renter, and they cost me about $25,000 in lost rent. Terrible customer service!
