My husband and I love stopping at Jaggers for a quick meal that is better than the typical Fast Food restaurant! Tonight we were on the way to see a movie and needed a quick bit, yet wanted the quality of the food to be better than what is usually thought of as the typical Fast food spot. Greeted upon entry while we perused the menu for what we were in the mood for. Tonight I got the Black Bean Veggie Burger and fries. It was delicious! My husband got the Greene Chile Cheeseburger which he let me know is not a spicy burger, in case you are curious. We both got the Sweet Tea which was pretty good although I did do half unsweetened so I could cut down on the sugar content. I live that they have the small nugget ice! We did not that coming in on a Friday evening a little after six it was busy, yet it wasn't noisy. We didn't get the shake this time, which are yummy, because we are trying to eat healthier.

This burger restaurant was underwhelming; very mid. The building's exterior appeared clean and well-maintained, but the experience inside left much to be desired. When we arrived, there were only two people in line, yet the cashier struggled to hear us over the loud chatter of employees standing behind her. It was frustrating to see five staff members back there, gossiping and goofing off, instead of maintaining the restaurant. While there were plenty of empty tables, many were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. On a positive note, the food came out quickly. We ordered the "Crazy Good" cheeseburger meal with large fries and a large drink, a Green Chile cheeseburger, and a four-piece chicken tender meal with country gravy. The Crazy Good cheeseburger was slightly better than the Green Chile option, but both lacked seasoning and flavor. The sauces were bland, and the Green Chile burger had little taste aside from a slight heat from the chilies. The supposed garlic mayo was undetectable. I could tell that the quality of the ingredients were good, but it was so bland. The chicken tenders were juicy, which impressed my boyfriend, but the country gravy didn't enhance them much; again, not much flavor. For me, the fries were the highlight of the meal--but even they weren't good enough to make me choose this place over Culver's. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn't rush back.

First time trying a Jaggers- was not disappointed at all! Price is a bit high, but the outstanding service, (shout out to Bree!) delicious food, and clean , fun atmosphere made it make sense. The food came out in a timely manner and all employees seemed happy and very helpful, patient , and friendly. Mac n cheese is definitely one of the best I've had at a "fast food" spit. The noodles were perfect (love the spiral) ). and had great chew, the cheese sauce was rich and satisfying. I had the Ali grilled chicken sandwich, and hubs had a bbq cheeseburger with fries. They're the skinny ones and seasoned great. The chicken was fresh, juicy and well seasoned. Husband liked the burger as well. We dined in and decided to go back for their seasonal milkshake- a peanut butter pie shake- OHHH NY GOODNESS! Delish. Give it a try. (2 combo meals and a large shake was approximately $32 ) The ice tea is delicious, btw

We just stopped into Jaggers tonight for the first time for a quick early dinner. Trey, the market manager, helped us and turned a casual dinner into a full dining experience! He made suggestions that went above and beyond (we were undecided at first) and then came by to check on us. He truly made our day! The cheeseburger and shoestring fries were our favorites. If you like things spicy, the crispy chicken is great. We also took home milkshakes for dessert. Fun visit and worth stopping into the Avon location.

I think this is a local chain that is just starting to grow out of Indiana/Kentucky. Its an elevated fast-casual joint with burgers, chicken sandwiches, and shakes. Everything is made to order and with elevated ingredients. The cheeseburger I ordered came on a quality bakery roll that was toasted and served with some kind of secret sauce. Thick slices of deli cheese too. Yummy. The price point is very reasonable. $12 for a burger, fries and soft drink is a bargain in the current market - especially given the quality ingredients. They have a double drive through if you are in a hurry. I went inside and enjoyed the rustic-barn atmosphere. Nice place, good food, reasonable price. Thumbs up !

Very clean place I had the Cobb salad. Chicken had a weird gummy like feel. However, for a fast food restaurant, the salad options were pretty good. Others in my group had burgers, and they said it was pretty good. Plenty of parking.

Order at the counter and food is delivered to the table. Get your own drink. I had the grilled chicken Cobb salad. Hubby had the Bleu Burger salad. Both were delicious! Served in a ceramic bowl but had to eat with a plastic fork. The tater tots were not hot. Country music played the whole time. Plain and clean inside.

I've never been to any Jaggers locations before so I didn't really know what to expect. I can't compare this brand new store, opened this week, to the other locations. I thought the dining room was a tad small with only five booths, five tables with four chairs each and two booths that seat two people. That's 44 seats total. I purposely arrived at 3 pm to avoid the opening week crowds and I got the last table. The drink machine is a little different; the ice dispenses on the far right side and they have nine different selections including Coke Zero. Not a lot of places are offering Zero products yet but this place gets a full star just for offering me a Zero soft drink. I ask everywhere I go and 95% of the time the answer is no. I love all Zero soft drink products. They took my order fast, only waiting two minutes to do so. The new cashier was well trained. I had a coupon for a free meal and a manager was right there to help her with it. Service was friendly. Another manager stopped by my table to check in with me on my meal. I told him it was excellent. I was leaning towards ordering their signature burger, the Crazy Good Cheeseburger at $6.99 until I saw the BBQ Cheddar Burger at $7.99. I chose Tater Tots over fries. I missed the label on the menu that says, "always double Burgers." The food was very good. Total price for a combo was $12. I went back and ordered a regular size Vanilla Bean Shake. Check out my photo. The shake comes with a straw that is over twice the size of a normal straw. You need it because the shake is super thick meaning it's not going to melt too fast into liquid before you finish it. Way to go Jaggers! Restrooms were clean. Automated hand soap dispenser; pull down paper towel dispenser.

A lot of publications say this is the state of Indiana favorite burger joint. I had never seen one until they built this one in Avon and I have lived in central Indiana all my life. I will say these are great burgers but not my favorite in Indiana. I prefer Mr.Dans which have all most completely disappeared. Or Steak and Shake or Freddy's. And the Triple X in Lafayette has a great burger. But I did have good service and it was clean. There fries were also pretty good. When I go back to eat there again I think I will get a double cheeseburger with nothing on it so I can get a true sense of the meat flavor. There is ample parking. They could use some more seating. It was a pretty laid back atmosphere. The only reason it didn't get a fifth star was it was a little pricey. All in all a good experience.

Fresh delicious food! California grilled chicken sandwich was amazing, loaded with avocado and sauce. Fries are great, so is the ranch.

We started with the Angry Mac & Cheese, which we had never tried before, and wow -- it was phenomenal. The homemade cheese sauce was rich, creamy, and perfectly smooth without separating. The andouille sausage and shrimp were cooked beautifully, and the cream sauce had incredible flavor with just the right subtle hint of spice. Absolutely perfect comfort food with an elevated twist. We sat outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather during Indy 500 race week, and the atmosphere could not have been better. Every table around us was full of people laughing, enjoying lunch, and soaking in the energy of the city. It was one of those perfect Indianapolis afternoons. For our mains, we both ordered the Cobb salad -- one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken -- and both were outstanding. I still can't believe how large the "small" salads are! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the homemade ranch dressing was absolutely delicious. The service, as always, was top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From start to finish, it was such a fantastic lunch and overall experience. We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to come back!

I came here on a whim and I'm glad I did!…read more Kuma's corner kind of feels like a rock concert venue turned restaurant on the inside, with lots of memorabilia in there. There's a bit of grunge aesthetic too. I opted for the patio seating on the nice day that I visited. Service worked pretty quickly and friendly. I got a mocktail to start that was cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice. It was pretty yummy. I was far more impressed by the foooood! My partner and I split a burger and Mac and cheese. The size small was $9 and was honestly huge. It was definitely enough food for two. The burger we got was also a good size, and came with a lot of shoestring onion on top. The burger was $18 but it's a 10 oz patty which is practically a better deal than most other burgers out there. I'll be back again sometime for sure!

Zero proof drinks. There were some reviews about long wait times, non-toasted buns and the cost but the write up of the place itself gave me nostalgia vibes for a place called Cobra Burger in Richmond, VA so I had to try my luck. I really wanted to love this place, as I've not found anything like Cobra Burger here in Indy. When we arrived, around 6:45p on a Thursday, the patio had a good amount of people, but inside was pretty empty apart from the bar. We sat at a two top in the bar area. The music was at a pretty low volume, especially considering the amount of reviews that said otherwise. Our server was also bartender, so it initially took her a couple of minutes to come over, which is understandable. She took our order for drinks and then after bringing them back for the food. She was nice and provided good service although juggling tables and the bar, plus she was also pregnant. It took a very long time for us to get our food (close to an hour), despite three guys working the line in the kitchen, banging out burger after burger. The food arrived, hot and correct. Both my husband and I were disappointed that the reviews were right and the burger buns were not toasted. Non-toasted burger buns actually make the burgers harder to eat and less enjoyable. My burger was decent for a non-handmade vegan option; for the price my expectation is amor sophisticated/handmade creative one, but I am thankful that they had a vegan option at all. My husband thought his burger was just okay and that he's had better ones around Indy, so we probably won't be dining here again. For the size of the burger, they should bring you ample napkins without having to ask because it is very messy trying to eat them. For two burgers with fries, one small mac & cheese, and three beers (one regular and two nonalcoholic) before tip the bill was over $80. Now, if the food was top-tier fantastic, I would say fine but being that it was more middle of the road it's a bit pricey.

It's a Friday night and their advertised hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 am until 9 pm with Friday and Saturday closing at 10 pm. We decided to go at 9 fully expecting the dining room to be open since the hours are clearly posted and we arrived an hour before closing. To my surprise, we walked in and someone who I'm assuming is the manager looks our way and says to the hostess that they're only doing takeout. He clearly made that decision as we walked in. The dining room was empty except one couple who hadn't received their food yet. I could understand if it were 30 mins before, but an hour means you should just close at 9 pm everyday. A couple walked in minutes after us and were also given this information, but decided to leave instead of order. I did, however, order for my son since I opted out and he was looking forward to eating here. This was not how I expected to celebrate my son's birthday but was forced to even though they had roughly eight people "working" and were unable to accommodate three. This really left a feeling of disdain that I can't shake. I have no desire to patronize this establishment in the future as I was not welcomed during business hours this time. Hopefully this is a learning experience and they'll choose to service customers within reason.
