I am so happy I decided to do my therapy with Nick Frolo at Soar. The facility is located at 1800 Rt 35 past Eastern Dental, but BEFORE the car wash. It is so convenient for anyone living in this area. The place is awesome. I like the private rooms where you receive your evaluation and treatments. Nick is knowledgeable and excellent with the treatments, explaining as he does them. I am so impressed with the whole experience and definitely will keep them in mind for future events (hope that doesn't happen). I also felt Marc and Jarod who filled in for Nick, were excellent too. Jarod was wonderful with his explanations and analogies of how he was doing the treatments. Truly enjoyed my therapy. I highly recommend him also. The office staff is super nice and very helpful!! This has now completely messed up my current insurance policy for myself and my family. Countless emails with the HR manager who is not understanding how detrimental this is while I have thousands of dollars piling up in bills close to collections because anywhere I go still shows a policy I should not have is active and all those bills should be covered by my insurance through my employer. So glad I did not take the job because this shows how poorly this company is run and I will continue to fight until I have to take higher action against them. Definitely not a problem with the insurance company because they have been on top of everything and have escalated my issue.
