awful event to vend at or attend. costs $200 to get a booth, $5 to enter. there was basically no…read moreone in attendance. i have seen more turn out for a yard sale. i asked the owner for a refund since i didn't even make one sale and she gave me some emotionless, pre-written response stating it's non-refundable. the event shows no sign of community, care or connection. it was such a waste of time, please save yourself the trouble and skip this one altogether.

We went in there to pick up some dresses and while my mother in law was checking out I was looking…read moreat dresses and I slightly pulled one out and the girl that was working on Saturday January 7th @ 4:25pm told me that I couldn't pull the dresses out to look at them and she was very rude and not nice. Well how the heck am I suppose to know if I like the dress if I cant slightly take the dress out of the line rack and look at the front???? It's not like I was trying to take it out of the bag........... when my mother in law confronted her and asked her what she said to offend me and why half her family walked out she said oh I just got done with three fittings and I didn't want her to take the dresses out of the bags. Well one I didn't take any dresses out of the bags, I pulled it out of the line to look at. The customer service there has definitely lost my sales, and to think Id might have boughten a dress or any type of bridal decorations.

Ample space to peruse through all the varieties. There's a stage for performances. This space looked to be an old indoor gymnasium with basketball hoops still in tact. Double doors for entry and exit, no need to be in anyone's way or vice versa. Large windows line the walls of the venue. Small parking lot across the street as well as ample parking along Main Ave.

My girlfriend and I called a few weeks ahead of time to let him know what we're looking for. When I arrived in person, he had a variety of items ready to show me. Alon made the process very easy, showing and explaining the differences in stones and bands. Most important, he was very honest and trustworthy. The showroom has an extensive variety of jewelry. The entire staff was very friendly. I look forward to continuing to work with Alon for future pieces. I highly recommend the Diamond Room!

I live in SC and was getting married in SF where my wife is from and he and his team made the entire process very easy. They sent me videos of all the different types of diamonds we were considering as well as which type of ring the diamond would lay in. My wife, like many women, had a specific idea in mind which I only knew vaguely (wanted to surprise her rather than have her pick it out/know that I was buying a ring) and Alon knew exactly where to go with the little amount of details I gave him along with a description of what my wife likes/doesn't like. It worked, she absolutely loved the ring! When she went back home to pick out her wedding bands a few months prior to the wedding he made sure to immediately take her ring and make it look like the first day she wore it and helped her find the perfect wedding bands that she wanted. All of this was at a very reasonable price. They offered a 12 month interest free finance policy (separate policies for the ring and the bands) which made it very possible and stress-free to pay off everything without interest. Alon gave my wife a lot of great tips on how to best care for her ring and the day before our wedding he made sure to get the ring to clean it again. All in all, it was a great experience and we were very satisfied to work with Alon and his team.
