Because of my history with them, I qualified for accident forgiveness, so my premium won't increase -- which was such a huge relief. Over the years, I've worked with several people in this office for different needs, from transferring my policy to setting up renters insurance, and every single experience has been great. "Allah can kiss my ass" these are the words I heard when I declined an offer from them…read more Started out Brad was great and got me few offers but it wasn't what I was looking for because they wanted a payment every day M-F or a once a week but I was looking a payment plan monthly. So I declined the offer and I was looking somewhere else also. So Brad got little upset and started being rude. Told me "not call him in 3 weeks if I need the loan" I stated that is fine. Few hours later I received another call this time it was Brad supervisor or the owner of the business. We had a long conversation, he started telling me about my business what can I do and what I cannot do but it was not working with my financial part and was not being understanding that I cannot take the offer. So I told him let's just call it off and he started telling me that I am lying to him about my business that i'm getting another offer from somebody else and started saying I'm looking at your credit report right now. I told him I am running my business I will go to other creditors if I need to I do not need the cash. What I'm gonna blessing and don't be angry that I couldn't take the offer. He told me that "oh now we're bringing God into this" I told him I bring God in every part of my life. They got super upset at me and started saying more crap to me so we ended the conversation. I have never worked with State Farm before but they have emtertaining commercials and they are supposed to have the best customer support of all insurance companies. I plugged in the same information to 7 other locations just to see the comps. 20 minutes, nothing to lose. The next day, I got a call from a young man named Johandri (Jay). I asked Jay a ton of questions about the proposals they gave me and not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was polite, professional, and sounded extremely passionate about the company he represented and he was proud to be working there. You can also tell that he was there to serve his clients and he would do whatever it takes to provide the support they were looking for even if it took a little longer to get it done. When I think about great customer support, this is what you would hope/ expect to receive. I can practically see Jake from State Farm dressed in his red sweatshirt and nicely pressed khaki pants speaking to me. I ended up signing a policy with him and I will be sending friends and family to him in the future without a doubt. Jay has a bright future ahead of him and I have no doubt he will be successful wherever his path takes him. If you are looking for a good agent with great coverage and good pricing, ask for Jay(ke).
