Jackie has been watching our fur babies for a few years now. She is reliable thorough and very caring. I have three yorkies, one which is 17 years old and the other two are young and very active. My babies love her and wait at the door every day at the usual arrival time. I have called her on the weekend at a moments notice and she makes the time to come and take care of them. Jackie pays special attention to my senior dog, picking her up and carrying her outside for her breaks. I don't need to say how much I appreciate her as the joy I see with my pups says it all. I would highly recommend her As my yorkies love her. read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful and caring Jackie is. My mom has Alzheimer's and Jackie comes every day to care for her cat, Sophie. Not only is she an amazing and reliable pet caregiver, but she goes above and beyond what is needed or expected. She is super patient with my mom and even helpful to her when needed. She truly cares about her clients (both humans and pets). Jackie is great at communicating with you about your pet and has fantastic suggestions to make things easier, if needed. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone who is looking for a caring, trustworthy and truly amazing care giver for their pet. read more

My husband and I had been looking for a pet sitter so that we could finally start enjoying vacations again without having to worry about our indoor senior kitty. Our cat is not an easy kitty to handle. She is 17 years old with a lot of issues so it was very important to find a sitter that could handle the job. Our cat doesn't warms up to just anyone. We finally found a wonderful lady. We were jumping for joy soon after we met and interviewed her. We were so impressed that we booked her right away. Jackie Kopp took good care of our cat in our home. We left our beloved kitty in good hands. Finally we felt secure to leave town without worrying for a second. She is conscientious, very thorough and did more than we asked her to do. She also would send us cute pictures of Amirah our cat, very thoughtful. Her amazing experience and wealth of knowledge was very impressive. Jackie's business is run very professionally. She is gentle, kind and very patient. She provided us with recommendations from long time clients. We are so happy to have found Jackie. No need to look anywhere else. We highly recommend her. Jackie took such good care of our kitty and our home, couldn't ask for anything more. She is absolutely wonderful. read more

Jackie took excellent care of both our cat and our home. Our cat doesn't get along with many people, especially sitters, but he became great friends with Jackie. She sent us daily photos and even helped out with some things we forgot about before we left. Trustworthy, friendly, and consistent, we highly recommend Jackie for your pet sitting needs! read more

I was desperate for a new pet/house sitter since the person we used in November was a disappointment. The emotional attachment needed to make pets feel secure was not there and the person hardly spent any physical time with them. Jacqueline sat for my pups this January while I was away for a week. She spent time with my fur babies and I could tell by the pictures she shared that they were very comfortable with her. This was a gift from heaven. I recently lost my husband and I was on a very needed vacation with a family member. Jacqueline allowed me to relax and enjoy my time and not worry about my babies. read more

Jackie is a pleasure to work with. She did a great job watching my fur babies. Kept me informed on her daily visits and my cats even let her pet them....and actually enjoyed the attention. I would highly recommend Jackie for pet sitting and plan to use her again when needed. read more

Jackie is a wonderful pet sitter! She is caring, responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. Our cat is skittish towards people but loves to see Jackie when she comes. Jackie does a great job taking care of him and has taken the time and care to notice little things he likes (such as how he likes to be petted and groomed) and then does them. She always sends a summary of her visits and includes photos which I love getting. She is also conscientious about home needs (watering plants, bringing in packages, etc). We appreciate knowing we are in such good hands and feel at ease and secure while away having Jackie watching our cat and home. read more

I have known Jackie for over 15 years and I always call her first to take care of my dogs. She took care of my Annie ( a Husky-Wolf Hybrid) when everyone else said no. She took care of my Blind Girl, Jovi, who at the time required six eye drops a day! "No Problem" she said, and when she noticed one of the medications was running low- she called in the refill and picked it up at the pharmacy so I would have it on my return! Presently she takes care of my 3 dogs when we are out of town and sometimes they don't play nice... however when she is here, there is never a problem! Everyone gets along perfectly!! She sends me photos and videos every day and lets me know how their day was! She picks up the poops and keeps my house spotless! She is Fabulous! I must confess- I always check her schedule before we make our own reservations... there is no one I trust more with my dogs.. they are my family and she treats them like they are her own! read more
