//DO NOT GO HERE. The repair quality was ok, but the price was completely excessive -- and totally unjustified. I was charged 60€ for a half-sole and heel repair on a pair of moccasins, without any prior price information. Only after the work was done was I told it cost "30€ per shoe," which is completely unreasonable. Most shoe repairers charge per pair, not per shoe. I asked to see a price list -- they couldn't or wouldn't show one. In the shop, I saw many shoes waiting for repair, all with handwritten price tags between 10€ and 25€. They did not offer a receipt -- I had to specifically ask for it. Later, they said they used Vibram material, which is indeed a quality brand -- but I was never told this in advance, nor given any choice or price option. I checked with several other cobblers in the area, and this kind of repair typically costs 30-45€ per pair, even with good materials. No price transparency. No fairness. No trust. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

If you want your shoes repaired, this is not the place. The hand made shoes look great but my expensive boots were ruined. When I explained that the job was not to my liking and that the boot was now too small because it had been sewed a half centimeter narrower, the woman told me that I was wrong and they had sewed the boot perfectly. Rulers don't lie and a half centimeter on your calf makes all the difference. Now my boot doesn't fit and I was treated very very badly. The woman in charge said she didn't have time to listen to what was wrong and that I would have to wait a week until her intern came to look at the shoe. "However", she told me, "in my opinion, the stitching was done perfectly." The same evening she called me back and said the boot was ready and I could come collect it. She led me to believe that it had been resewn but that was not the case. She tired to pass that off but the boot was the same and still doesn't fit. I paid 28 Euro and have brought the boot to another shoe repair shop to see if I can fix the damage she has done. They told me that the job was very bad but they cannot move the zipper back to where it should be without replacing it...so, it will cost another 20 Euro.
