They seem to have a lot of puppies all the time (not sure if their a puppy mill). We put a deposit on one of the Maltese males at first because he was the only one that they had left. Later, they called us and said the pup died from an overdose of deworming. At that time, we didn't think much because stuff happens. We asked them if they have any more pups coming. They said they have many more pups coming. So, we put deposits on 2 girls and 1 boy which they picked for us. When they posted dogs on their website, we saw some still available, so we put more deposits on pups (3 of them). We wanted to be able to choose them for their temperament. After we got 6 pups from them, we noticed one of the pups eat poop. So, we talked to Glenda about it and She told us to call AKC to ask for any help. Later, we realized we were wrong, it's not just 1 pup that eats her poop and the other pups poop, her sibling also eats poop. So, we did everything we could to stop the poop eating. It's been almost 4 months, none of what we had done work. So, we think it's just because of their genetics or their living quarters. Later, we put more deposits on 2 Maltese females and 2 red Poodles. We picked up the 2 Maltese females on the 29th. The 2 red poodles would not be ready until the end of February. Once again, the Maltese females eat their poop and other dog's poop. We called Jaco 3 times, the first one my wife left a voicemail, but no callback. The last 2 times, we didn't leave a voice mail. My wife emailed them about the issue on 02/04/2021. We told them we can't handle more dogs that eat poop. We told them if it's no guarantee that 2 poodle won't eat their poop, then we were thinking to get our deposit back on the poodles if we be able to get a full refund. We were waiting for them to answer until 02/07/2021 night, my wife checked on their website and the 2 poodles that we put deposits on became available on their website. We were concerned about what was going on because we still haven't heard anything back from them and they still had the 800 dollars deposit. So, We called them without looking at the time. Linda answered the phone and she said she was in bed and didn't want to discuss our issue at that time. We told her what she did was not right. She still had our 800 dollars deposit on those 2 dogs. She never called back and discussed the issue we had, and tried to take our deposits. So, after the talked she said she will have Glenda return our deposits. In the morning (2/8/2021), we checked our email, we received just partial deposits back. So, we called Jaco again. Their niece answered the phone, she said they are so generous to us that we received the partial money back because normally, they don't give any deposits back. We said it's not our fault that their dogs eat poop, why they couldn't just call us back and discuss it first and see if we are okay with the partial refund. She said her grandma (Linda) already talked to us about it, which Linda did not, and her niece said she was right next to her grandma when her grandma talked to us!!! We told her nor Linda or Glenda talk to us about it, they have been ignoring us. They don't answer their phone and they don't answer emails. But their niece just kept saying how generous they were. After all the money we spent (which was a lot) on their dogs, and this is how they treat us. No communication, we wanted to know before they made any further action or decision, they just made their own decision without discussing it with us which is very unprofessional and no customer service at all. We are not sure if they were upset with us because we took the pups to the vet and the vet looked at their vet records, and our vet was concerned about all the deworming the pups received. Our vet wanted us to ask them about the whole deworming. He said it was too much deworm at a young age. When we finally got an email, they answered us back in all Capital letters.
