LENA DID A GREAT JOB with my pedicure and gel manicure. She has a really good eye for detail. Their prices are good too. Basic pedi $25. Manicure $10... add gel + $15. You can tip on card! They accept Apple pay. Prices are clear and listed on the wall. They have so many Polish and Gel colors!! I got a mani today and they did a beautiful job! No one and I mean NO ONE can get my pinky nails done correctly, but they sure did! Staff was more than kind and we had some laughs. Will newer go back here !!!! I needed my eyebrows done and they messed them up so bad it's not even funny !!!! First of all they are so uneven that now I have to draw them in so they look even . I could have done a better job myself . And I also got my nails done ,so the guy tolled me it's $12 and nails are 60 .. tell my why my total was 77 !!! I visited Jackson Nails for a spa pedicure and decided while there to go ahead and try the gel manicure. Nice, clean place. Great massage chairs. I definitely did not have the previous reviewers experiences. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. A friendly hello was all I needed since I preferred to close my eyes and relax instead of having a conversation. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars b/c I found the sign for the gel manicure to be misleading as it did not indicate the price advertised was in addition to the price for the regular manicure. However, I am new to the gel manicure so did not have a base price to compare it to; still, I have found the prices for both to be very reasonable in comparison to other places. Also, my preference will always be relaxing music over television but for the price and the service, I would definitely visit again when I am in town. read more

Started off by getting bullied into getting a more expensive (albeit probably necessary because my calluses were pretty terrible) pedicure. It wasn't a terrible pedicure but I was not a fan of the fact that I had to be basically coerced into getting it. Then I got a gel manicure. Right after it was done I noticed a huge air bubble had gotten under the top coat of one of the nails and politely asked her to buff it out and do a new top coat so that I wouldn't pick at it. She proceeded to do what I asked but was completely rude about it and told me the deformity wasn't the polish but was something wrong with my natural nail (which it wasn't since after she did what I asked it was gone). So my nails look fine and I leave but less than a week later all of my nails are already starting to peel up at the cuticle. I realized it had something to do with the fact that she did nothing with my cuticles (only briefly filing them, no scraping or pushing down). Every single one of my nails has started to peel up at the bottom which I know is not an issue when a gel manicure is done correctly. They are also poorly shaped and different lengths. Needless to say I am glad I don't live in Cape and never have to come back here again read more

Best nail salon in the area. They may not be as fancy with a bar or anything but they give the best manicures and pedicures in Cape or Jackson. They have a loyal customer in me. They also have some of the best prices around !!! read more

I decided to give them a second chance since last summer I waited an hour to get in and the pedicure was rushed. Today, after making an appointment 4 days earlier ONLINE for a 1:00 appt., I was looked over by several other clients, but i thought they too had booked online and the salon was just understaffed? Then 2 gals walked in without an appt, they proceeded to get them a chair, and that's when I spoke up! I had told the reception guy twice I had an appt booked online and I had even wrote it down on the check-in page, but still was ignored! Then when they quickly gave me a chair after I spoke up, the basin was not sanitized, just wiped with a terry cloth, and the lady pedicurist gave me cold water, barely had my feet soaking for less than a minute, and then started scraping on cuticles, which were not even softened. She gave me the fastest pedi I've ever had, like she was mad at me...when I shouldve been more upset to take an hour to get in for a 20 min. pedi!!! Very rude, unresponsive staff and will not give them another chance. They need to realize there is another amazing salon in town...and Happy Nails will have my future business! read more
