I leave messages on voicemail and get no return call. If I speak to someone many times they put me on hold and say I need to call back. It's very frustrating. My dad seems to be ok with Dr. Berman. It is front office that is the concern. A woman came in today and her appointment wasn't out in system so they squeezed her in. the staff did say it was their fault.

I am so thankful to have had my grandson referred to Dr. Mitchell. He's the first Podiatrist in…read morethis area who "from my own experience" took the time to REALLY LISTEN, beyond - just what the visit was about! My grandson, (who has Type 1, is very familiar w/medical procedures and needles) which has unfortunately, made him extremely anxious when it comes to any other medical issues. As soon as Dr. Mitchell walked into the room, he "first" introduced himself to my grandson (the patient) - which totally impressed me. My grandson didn't hesitate to share his concern and apprehension. Dr. Mitchell (who is built like a football player) has this, what I would explain as, a very masculine - but - confident calming approach when speaking. He was very assuring and shared what needed to be done, but best of all, talked my grandson through the entire procedure. Although the procedure took about five minutes (at most) - as soon as the Dr. left the room, my grandson sat up and said, GaGa, I really like this Dr! I couldn't believe it! I expected a total breakdown! I sincerely want to thank Dr. Mitchell's nursing staff as well! They, too, were phenominal! Tku Dr. Michell for making this as pleasant an experience (as it could be) for my grandson. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mitchell to anyone in need of a Podiatrist! Thank you so much! "GaGa"

Dr. Page had zero concern for the treatment of my bone infection. I had to call multiple times a day for a month after my surgery to get prescriptions which were supposed to be sent to my pharmacy immediately after surgery. When he finally filled my prescription at 10pm he "could not remember" what pharmacy he sent it to so I personally had to phone each one in Yuba City to find it. Even after personally telling me i need to be on antibiotics he has neglected my treatment and my bone infection has worsened. Long story short, boarder line malpractice. Would never recommend his services to anyone. My new podiatrist was appalled at my treatment plan
