Had to reschedule an appointment with my financial advisor because Carlson & Associates took 4 weeks to do my not complicated taxes (a week longer than they said it would take). When I contacted them directly once again because they did not follow through on their commitment to complete the return the week of 1/5/2025, I asked the receptionist to speak to Evan(Head Guy), which she said he was unavailable to speak to me...again! I got in an argument with the receptionist about the poor quality of service. We both got short with each other. She then put me on hold, then came back on the phone in which she curtly said 'we'll send you all of your documentation, you need to go somewhere else", before abruply ending the call. It is not surprising that a company that is this unprofessional at handling accounting services now takes it out on the customer. They decided to cancel processing my last return and fired me. It seems that I am not the only one they did this to because there is another review with a similar result. Egregious customer service. Leading up to this, they were very unreliable, difficult to work with, and can't seem to meet their commitments. Their processes and services...SUCK.
