I show up for my appointment, but when I…read moretell them I have to file for my LLC as well, the receptionist goes to check with the tax consultant. She comes back and doesn't even bother to find out what paperwork I have on me for my personal and LLC filing, instead hands me a plaque from the tax consultant that says "lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part" (that might be cute with coworkers, not so much with customers who literally have an appointment) laughs in my face like it's all a joke and tells me they'll have to put me on an extension. I ONLY made an appointment with them this year because they were running a 25% off promotion for tax filing, but I wouldn't return again even if it was free. It was pretty clear when she handed me that plaque and laughed that they just don't care about their customers there so I wouldn't trust them to file with my best interest in mind anyways. I work in the service industry and it is NOT hard to be kind and considerate when dealing with customers.
