I could have done better by myself! she took 2.5 hours for a basic return- no kids, no house, no student loans, no property or assets. 4 w2s and frontline payment. that's it! charged me $498. she didn't know what she was doing and pushed buttons galore and with every button she didn't know what she was doing she spent my money. she did not know what she was doing and several times told me she didn't know the answet, called or texted her boss about 10 times for help. DO NOT SUPPORT a BUSSINESS that is going to get you audited because they don't do their work right. I know she messed up! read more
