I hoped to come in to have someone either address the error or assist in printing them out and mailing them on my behalf. When I arrived, my appointment had been cancelled (which I hadn't done), the receptionist tried to schedule me for a time slot 30 minutes later. However she was then loudly instructed to ask if I'd already filed, and from there I know I either wasn't going to be seen or that I was going to be seen and not helped. A gentleman then appeared as he overheard me explaining my issue to the exasperated receptionist, and quickly said since I filed online, there's nothing they could do. I will sacrifice convenience next year and not file with H&R Block again (I know, I'm one of a million clients, my business won't be missed), but I had to leave this review for anyone who was considering filing with them online or going in to a hostile location with poor customer service.
