I tried going to his office for help--it was closed tight with no info on how to reach them. Secretary said she'd send requested info but didn't. Very expensive for a lot of hassle and anxiety. I searched for some time to find a positive comment, and can say this: they were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, that doesn't come close to making up for other failings. He let fancy computer do the work, so it didn't take long to file the initial return --but the errors I found later were horrific. I usually do our taxes, but had a few head injuries interfering with my ability to think. I made the worst choice: I put my faith in this person. Don't make the same mistake!
