After going home and looking at my paperwork I see I was charged for a complex package? why would it be complex for the basic forms with no dependents or difficult forms? I was charged 268? and when I asked she said prices are cheaper at the end of the month. After reading other reviews I see that this may be a thing . I've been coming to Jackson at Hewitt at Walmart for years but this will be my last time. I'll do them myself. what a disappointment. My 20 year old filed his taxes for the first time while I did my grocery shopping at Walmart. He ask for the basic file and some how she charged him for the deluxe package, when he barley makes any money, She ripped him off and he was so confused about this. I will not recommend this place to file taxes and will put a complaint. read more
