I, too, had a horrible experience here. If your dog is in any way in need of help, this place is…read morenot the place to be. I am convinced they ignore the pets and have no idea what dogs get what meds. They were partially responsible in my dog having to be put down less than a week after having picked him up.

After the first time he seemed exhausted so I figured he had a good time. The second time I took him he didn't want to go back (should have been my first clue) then I went to pick him up earlier than planned, around 4:00pm, and when I arrived no one was there, lights were off and dogs were in the back room in kennels, not playing outside. I called the cell number and the work number, no one answered and no one on the property. After about 35 min, she showed up finally and took my dog out of a kennel and gave him to me. No apologies for having no one on the property with all the dogs, the lack of communication or anything. But then she kept telling me how much fun he had and how I should come back and that she'd send me photo and video to prove to me that my dog got playtime (without me complaining or initiating any of these comments, so I think she could tell I was displeased just from my expression.) I did not go back. I don't see a point in paying money for someone to stick your pup in a kennel and go shopping or whatever was happening there.
