They've also got a good selection of weights. I've heard that it gets busy after work, but I've only gone in the mornings or in the evenings and at those times its nice and not busy at all. I've taken several of the classes and they're a nice break from trying to motivate yourself but I wish they were at different times. Most of the classes are either during the work day or later in the evening and it would be nice to have more choices in the morning before work. The membership fee is reasonable and its nice having it connected to the hospital so their focus is not just on getting in shape, but getting in shape and getting healthy.
