Jacks is a great place to connect with friends and make new ones along the way! The staff is great and service is fantastic. It's conveniently located in Japantown and I would highly recommend stopping by for a drink!

This place always treats me right and they're dog friendly. Great beer selection, amazingly friendly staff and the outdoor patio is built for all weather. As an English person missing a pub, this fills a lot of that void which is an amazing compliment for a US establishment.

this place is fine. drinks leave much to be desired. could see it being a good place to watch a game, but not our top choice even for that.

Stopped by here to watch the women's usa game before catching a flight. This is an Arsenal and an Outlaws bar. 3 stars on the food. The fries were ok and the pizza was tasty but not phenomenal. The game atmosphere though? 5/5 stars! Street parking nearby was easy and service was good. Come here to sit outside and watch the game with some buddies but maybe get food beforehand.

Jack's is somewhat divey on the inside, but their back patio is excellent - lots of seating, plenty of TVs, and propane heaters for when it's cold out. They also have a separate patio bar, but unfortunately that was closed the last time I visited (I think they're a bit understaffed). Dogs are allowed on the patio, but only until 9PM which is oddly specific. I visited for the second time with my friends on Thursday, and there were plenty of open tables. Everyone else was there to watch the football game, but it didn't get too loud at all. The downside with Jack's is that there's basically no information on their website - just an outdated beer list. I had no idea that they also serve food and have craft cocktails, but they do! I ended up just going with a dry cider, but will probably branch out next time. Prices are very reasonable too!

In walking distance from my apartment! Came in on Super Bowl Sunday 2025 to watch the game on the patio with my dog. There was a plethora of tv screens playing the game and a good amount of space heaters. The vibes were nice... not too loud and arrogant. Oh and I had the BEST lemon drop... like seriously i order lemon drops everywhere and this one was one of my favorites. I'll be sure to frequent this place since it's in walking distance.

I'm currently not drinking any alcohol, so I ordered a Coco L'Orange, which ended up tasting like a sweeter Orange Julius. I really enjoyed it like a dessert drink since I just had dinner. I also appreciated how it didn't just taste like straight sugar syrup, which is my usual experience with spirit free cocktails. However, it was pretty tart, so I suggest just sipping on it. It helped a lot with feeling like was drinking with everyone the whole time without having to order multiple drinks. Regarding seating, we somehow found a table in the back where our party of 18 guys could hangout, and it wasn't so loud we couldn't hear each other.
