He opened the shop after hours just to host our group. He showed genuine hospitality from someone who truly cares about his customers and his community and the cigar experience. The humidor was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with great cigars, and the vibe was exactly what you want from a real cigar lounge: relaxed, welcoming, and authentic. Lots of cool game animals on the wall too! Troy is incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He's the kind of owner who makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time in.
