Finally got the chance to try Jack's Inn. Very delicious and good food! Portions are good, and food comes fairly quick. Always enjoying every bite! The banana pancakes are my favorite! Friendly staff and service.

Didn't think it would be hard to find Banana Pancakes so glad Yelpers helped us out! Old school gem in an industrial area. Greeted at door & given a booth. Late in morning so plenty of seats. Hot coffee and 2 big banana pancakes and Fried Rice w egg & Reddog (thought was going to be a hot link type sausage but just a red hotdog). Great portions and came quickly. Wish there was other types of syrup but pancakes were super good anyway.

I was surprised at the lack of brunch options near Maui airport. We came here prior to our return flight to Sacramento. The place is a hole in the wall and I don't understand why it's called an Inn. The place looks 60's old decor, dimly lit with many small fans to augment the AC. There was a good amount of people there. The old lady server was nice and quickly took our order. The food came out in a few minutes and looked plain and simple. I got the corned beef hash breakfast. The corn beef was molded into a potato pancake and was not what I'm used to. The flavors were bland. My family pretty much had the same opinion. It's a decent place for breakfast and makes IHOP look like a fine restaurant.

One of the best loco mocos. Perfectly cooked egg and hash. Light but tasty gravy, corn and fresh rice

Nothing fancy, but tasty, local food at a great value. Close to the airport, this is our favorite place to eat before flying home. Delicious food and fast service. Get there before 9am to avoid the lines.

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS! Banana pancake + fried rice + red hot dog + side Portuguese sausage + cheeseburger deluxe Jack's Inn is hands down one of my favorite eateries on Maui. Why? Because the food is 'ono and the way the place makes you feel because of the service and setting. It's a mom and pop shop where locals come to enjoy and visitors stop in to feel authentic food culture of being on Maui (if you know, you know). Nothing fancy, just good comfort meals to share and talk story over.

Still a gem! Haven't been here in a year. Still good food at a very affordable price. Service was fast and food was hot and delicious. Got the fried rice special. Sooooo delicious! Love this hole in the wall. Don't you ever change!

We had a quick layover at OGG and decided on brunch at Jack's Inn. Seems like it a local spot and definitely has character with its booths and table for seating. I loved what we ordered. I got the Fried Rice Special and my littles shared a Short Stack and an order of bacon. They accept credit cards and Apple Pay! I would definitely come back! The only downside is that it was warm inside the restaurant (likely no AC?).

Monday 12/12/22 closed today too like Sam Satos due to worker shortage :(

Still great. Great service, great food, still cash only, one of our favorite local hole-in-the-walls still. I don't think I've had any bad meals here. Support local and check them out.

Peach pancake

Small hole in the wall, not very much seating, but the wait will be worth it. A small mom & pop joint, family owned that gives excellent family quality food, healthy portions and a place you can actually afford!! Pricing is waaaay better than anything close to the resorts. I'm tired of paying $100 for breakfast and it be mediocre at best. THIS place though, I couldn't believe it, both my husband and I ate (leaving some food on the plate because we were full) and it was under $40 for the both of us... INCLUDING TIP!! WHAT!?!? That's UNHEARD OF! I'm from CA, you can't even get a McDonald's breakfast for under $40 for two people!! Ok. Ambiance... not the greatest, but what it lacks in style/modernization... it for sure makes up for in taste and serving portions! The service was fast, not friendly, but they did apologize (acknowledged it) and mentioned they were short handed today. So, I'm not gonna ding em for that. We got there, sat down in less than five minutes, took about 10 to place our order (short handed) and got our food out in less than 10. It was SO good, I basically inhaled it! Peach pancakes so moist, and delicious, I didn't even add any syrup... they didn't need it! My husband got fried rice and spam & eggs... which helllloooo you're in Hawaii... those are good EVERYWHERE Definitely coming back again!! And notified my foodie family that frequent Maui: y'all gotta try it!!!

The best Vegetable saimin and french fries.

Great food at reasonable prices. Most of the people eating were locals, always a good sign. There is a nice Aloha spirit.

The macadamia nut encrusted mahi-mahi, and the chef special fish were extraordinary. We had the papaya salad and chef's choice flatbread for appetizers and they were super yummy. The ambience was amazing, but what really made our meal special was our outstanding server Nash. She was so welcoming and went out of her way to make sure that everything absolutely perfect. She made great suggestions and even altered a few things on the menu to balance out the perfect meal. She really has been the best server here in Maui.. right down to putting candles on our dessert and happiness blow them out and make an anniversary wish...this will now be our favorite treat when where we're back on the island...aloha..

Easy parking, cute shops to check out treats and then headed to brunch. We were seated in the back overlooking the plantation. It was spectacular! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. We started with pork belly bao that was good- the pickled veg was the best part. I got a side salad with the papaya dressing and the maui onion soup en croute at the waitresses recommendation, both were so good and the greens were grown right at the farm. My husband got the Caesar salad with chicken, he liked it. One son got the loco moco and said it was good. We were very happy with the location, the ambiance and the food.

You order then sit (I believe) as thats what most people were doing. They bring you your food (think pancake & Waffles) when it's ready and you grab your own condiments. I ordered The Bento because I couldn't make up my mind. It included rice, mac salad,1 slice spam, Mochiko Chicken, BBQ Beef, and 2 large pieces of Shrimp Katsu. Mochiko Chicken is light and crispy and the Shrimp Katsu was battered and huge. The BBQ Beef was succulent and juicy however the sauce wasn't overwhelming. Spam is spam. The rice was a tad dry however the mac salad was good. I did not eat any of the other plates however since all were empty, Im assuming it was Ono. Next to the register there is a display case with various desserts. The next day going home, we stopped by to grab some dessert. The Lava Rocks come in a pair at $5.50. Moist, soft and super chocolaty. The chocolate haupia bar was very nice and not overly sweet. The Chantilly brownie was very chocolaty with a hint of Chantilly and nuts only on top. Both bars were a Shareable size. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant itself, very bright & open and the food was very Ono! Highly recommend.

It was a better and more enjoyable choice than Tin Roof as inside dining available though food quality between the two choices is subjective to the one eating. Tin Roof is closed Sunday and Monday.
