Jack's got our car in a day after calling. The alignment was done by afternoon at the price quoted. Good job, timely, and at a very good price. Thanks read more

Bait & Switch They didn't tell me until after charging me for the service, that they couldn't do the alignment completely and so I got half a job done for the whole price. Don't go here read more

Jack's was very professional and easy to work with. I dropped my truck off in the morning on my way to work and left my key with a note of the work I needed done in their after hours drop box. They did the alignment and put on new lug nuts, and gave updates along the way. It was ready for pickup the same day and was very reasonably priced. I definitely prefer a local shop to a chain, and Jack's earned my business going forward. read more

These guys know what they're doing. I trust my alignment and suspension to them. Very professional and timely communication. I had a part fail and was expecting a hassle trying to claim the warranty but they took care of everything with no questions asked. Very happy working with them!! read more

I went to Jack's because I was told that they were the best in town. The first time around I was told that I needed to bring my van back after I had loosen the bolts myself. Weird that a mechanic can't do it? But ok. I got the bolts loose and change the tire rod ends and brought my van Back in a couple of weeks later. It still seems that one side of the bolts could still not be loosened despite having loosened them for jacks. Rather than be accommodating about it, and listen to the fact that we had taken the van into the shop and loosened both sides, the Mechanic gave me attitude and said I was wasting HIS time. This is after I've had to sit around for six hours twice waiting for them to get to my van just to tell me they can't do the job. Wasting my time is more like it. And rather than be friendly and customer oriented, this business was rude and I would not recommend anyone give their money to entitled and lazy mechanics like those that work at Jack's read more

Jack's is top notch in all aspects. Very responsive in answering the phone and scheduling my Tahoe for an alignment just a few days later. They got my vehicle in at the appointment time and finished the alignment in short order. Both of the gentleman who assisted me were informative and very friendly. The high level of service is quite rare these days. I highly recommend Jack's Alignment! Thank you, Brian read more

Great Service!! They set the bar of what auto repair shops should be. Honest guys with very fair pricing. I live in Texas and wish these guys had a shop near me. Save your tires and get an alignment (or at least have it checked 1-2 times a year). read more

Called to set up an appointment and showed up a little early. They were very prompt! I loved this, because I make appointments and other shops always take 20 minutes to check me in before they even do anything. I really appreciate them sticking to their scheduled appointments. Everyone is so friendly and I had a great experience here. If you want a print out, be sure to ask for it! They don't automatically print it for everyone. They offer a cash discount as well. Waiting area is small, but was fine. Can be hard to find so keep your eyes open when you get close because it's easy to pass. Can be difficult to get in and out of if it's really busy. They do great work, no issues, told me exactly what was going on, what they did, and I'm very pleased! I'll be bringing my other vehicles back! read more

Good and quick service, will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing an alignment.

I have been a loyal customer for MANY years they completely let me down and now my loyalty will cost me dearly! They left my vehicle to the wolves without calling me it was broken into and now will cost me far more to repair my vehicle than what I needed from them, SHAME ON YOU JACK!! I will be going to Fank at TIRE KING from now on! DON"T USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE TREATED WITH RESPECT! read more

My steering wheel wobbled and wanted it fixed right. I'm glad I went to Jacks! It a family owned local business whose technicians have been there for years. Professional and quality service. I had an alignment, tire balance, and rotation performed and my car drives like new again. This was a solid choice and I'd go back for this type of service. They're the best. read more

An update to my original review in 2016. These Folks are Honest & Upfront. When my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was brand new, I took it in to Jack's to have the alignment checked and properly aligned. Since then, I have been back twice at 6,000 miles intervals to have the alignment checked, both times the alignment was perfect on all four wheels and both times there was no charge. After calling up multiple other alignment shops they either wouldn't touch a lowered car or had wait times in excess of 2 weeks. After being recommended this place by another lowered friend, they told me that they could squeeze me in the next day even though I didn't have an appointment. I was grateful, as my alignment was extremely off after changing a suspension component. I brought it in and they got me aligned with no issues, and for a reasonable price! You guys do great work! read more

I was recommended by the lady in brake plus ,because she couldn't align my car in there shop,I call and setup the appointment ,got there they work on my car right of way, took about 30 minutes and gentleman name PAt I believe was very helpful and very knowledgeable, and will be back for more alignment in the future if needed..... read more

Awesome experience, great value, and kind people! I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment oops, so I was an hour early. Jack's fit me in and worked on my car right away. I'm no car expert; everyone at Jack's was super patient and respectful. Awesome place! read more

Amazing service! Amazing place! I went in here not really knowing what was wrong with my car, just knowing that it was driving and sounding weird. The guys here took extra care and even drove my car around the block a few times to really get to the root of the problem. They explained everything to me and got my car back in tip top shape. read more

I called a week and a half ago to see if they are taking appointments (because the last time I called they told me they were not due to COVID.). This time the man who answers said yes, they do take them and if we make an appointment we get bumped up ahead of walk ins. The man also said the appointment would take about and hour and half so my husband took the car this morning and was going to have a phone meeting while the car was being worked on. When he arrived they told him they do not take appointments!!!! Now he is stuck down there and our day is screwed. When I called to find out what happened the guy this time said they have never taken appointments and we are out of luck. Wow. Terrible customer service. Wont go back. read more

After taking numerous vehicles to jacks I called to make once again an appointment but was told they no longer do appointments, I would have to leave the vehicle there in the morning they said. With my schedule thats just not a option for me. As I told him this and thanked him for his time, all I heard was them hanging up on me. What kind of C service is that? Never using this place again. Lost my business for sure. read more

While in town visiting my mother I realized she had been driving her car with a terrible clunking noise coming from the front end. We made a same day appointment and were fearing the worst as far as pricing for the repair. Jack's got us in early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and completed a needed front end alignment. We were in an out in a little over an hour and paid less than $70. Zero pressure and incredibly helpful and nice service! read more

My first time to a quality alignment center. Made an appointment and was met right on time. They got me in and out expeditiously, yet still were able to check out the alignment fully. They explained why my tires were wearing down more quickly than necessary and were able to correct the problem. The cost is slightly higher than to tire stores ($10), but I am betting the extra miles I get on my new tires will be well worth it! read more

Jack's is the best for alignment's period! They can always fit you in at the last minute when needed and they only do alignment's. They corrected a issue that Firestone of Montebello said wasn't a problem even after taking it to them two times. read more

Jack's Alignment is incredible, they are fast and very knowledgeable. I couldn't believe the deal I got on fixing my alignment that was very messed up. After Big O Tire completely messed up my alignment and had no knowledge of how to align an Armada Jack's Alignment assured me that they would take care of it and they did. I'm very satisfied. read more

I've brought several vehicles here, they're honest and they do a good job I highly recommend them

Jack's. Excellent in all ways. Thank you! Big "O" tried to up sell parts that weren't necessary. Jack's is honest.

I took one of our carpet cleaning vans to Jack's Alignment. We knew the alignment was off because a tire had worn to the steel belts quickly. I was sure that we would need new ball joints or other front end repairs. About 30 minutes after I dropped it off, they called and said it just needed a basic alignment and not expensive repairs. The alignment was done quickly and we we got our work van back to business. I am very happy and we will only take our fleet vehicles to Jack's Alignment. read more

I brought my Jeep in after I repaired the front end from an accident. My assumption was that the Jeep would clearly need an alignment. The mechanic at Jack's Alignment Service told me that my jeep was fine and I didn't need an alignment, so he didn't charge me anything. The Mechanic also took the time to show me some things I needed to fix from my repair job. They could have easily charged me for an alignment, and I would never have been the wiser. It is refreshing to see that level of integrity in a business! Integrity is the most important thing I look for in automotive service. I strongly recommend them, and I will be back. Brought my vehicle to jacks to get an estimate on some work to be done, they call me to come pick it up after giving me a ballpark figure and it's quite high so I take the car home and notice some extra play in the front end. Upon parking the vehicle I notice 1 lug nut is missing from the spare I put on, and the other 4 are loose as a goose and able to be hand tightened!!! Okay so some time passes and I haven't moved the vehicle and now go to take it down the street to another shop to get an estimate, I watch the mechanic take the front tires off and upon removing the lug nut cover on my passenger front wheel there's another lug nut missing!!!!! I had all my lug nuts on my tires before going to jacks and now suffered severe damage to my tire as a result of their poor service. read more

Awesome honest I think they said they have been in the springs for 40 years. There equipment is proper and modern they really know what they are doing here. They are even cheaper then a lot of other places in town when I went. Took it to jacks truly a real suspension and alignment shop after another shop said I needed $1700 in repairs and parts. Jacks laughed at there estimate and was not even hesitant aligning my car with all the stock parts. read more

I've been using Jack's for years. I don't know how else to review this place other than to say, I've never had a tires wear unevenly and though suspension work can be expensive, I've never felt taken advantage of. I feel comfortable sending people there. read more

Outstanding knowledgeable service. This is an honest shop with a well deserved excellent reputation. Jack's works by appointment only for a reason, which is they stay busy with returning and referral customers. Jack's will tell you straight and set you're car straight down the road. read more

Very rude and disrespectful. Do not waste your time or money at Jack's alignment. There are too many other great businesses out there, that will give you far more better customer service. Make sure you read all the reviews on all the websites. read more
