Jack's was very professional and easy to work with. I dropped my truck off in the morning on my way to work and left my key with a note of the work I needed done in their after hours drop box. They did the alignment and put on new lug nuts, and gave updates along the way. It was ready for pickup the same day and was very reasonably priced. I went to Jack's because I was told that they were the best in town. The first time around I was told that I needed to bring my van back after I had loosen the bolts myself. Weird that a mechanic can't do it? But ok. I got the bolts loose and change the tire rod ends and brought my van Back in a couple of weeks later. It still seems that one side of the bolts could still not be loosened despite having loosened them for jacks. Rather than be accommodating about it, and listen to the fact that we had taken the van into the shop and loosened both sides, the Mechanic gave me attitude and said I was wasting HIS time. This is after I've had to sit around for six hours twice waiting for them to get to my van just to tell me they can't do the job. Wasting my time is more like it. And rather than be friendly and customer oriented, this business was rude and I would not recommend anyone give their money to entitled and lazy mechanics like those that work at Jack's read more

Called to set up an appointment and showed up a little early. They were very prompt! I loved this, because I make appointments and other shops always take 20 minutes to check me in before they even do anything. I really appreciate them sticking to their scheduled appointments. Everyone is so friendly and I had a great experience here. If you want a print out, be sure to ask for it! They don't automatically print it for everyone. They offer a cash discount as well. Waiting area is small, but was fine. Can be hard to find so keep your eyes open when you get close because it's easy to pass. Can be difficult to get in and out of if it's really busy. They do great work, no issues, told me exactly what was going on, what they did, and I'm very pleased! I'll be bringing my other vehicles back! read more

After calling up multiple other alignment shops they either wouldn't touch a lowered car or had wait times in excess of 2 weeks. After being recommended this place by another lowered friend, they told me that they could squeeze me in the next day even though I didn't have an appointment. I was grateful, as my alignment was extremely off after changing a suspension component. I brought it in and they got me aligned with no issues, and for a reasonable price! An update to my original review in 2016. These Folks are Honest & Upfront. When my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was brand new, I took it in to Jack's to have the alignment checked and properly aligned. Since then, I have been back twice at 6,000 miles intervals to have the alignment checked, both times the alignment was perfect on all four wheels and both times there was no charge. I called a week and a half ago to see if they are taking appointments (because the last time I called they told me they were not due to COVID.). This time the man who answers said yes, they do take them and if we make an appointment we get bumped up ahead of walk ins. The man also said the appointment would take about and hour and half so my husband took the car this morning and was going to have a phone meeting while the car was being worked on. When he arrived they told him they do not take appointments!!!! Now he is stuck down there and our day is screwed. While in town visiting my mother I realized she had been driving her car with a terrible clunking noise coming from the front end. We made a same day appointment and were fearing the worst as far as pricing for the repair. My first time to a quality alignment center. Made an appointment and was met right on time. They got me in and out expeditiously, yet still were able to check out the alignment fully. They explained why my tires were wearing down more quickly than necessary and were able to correct the problem. The cost is slightly higher than to tire stores ($10), but I am betting the extra miles I get on my new tires will be well worth it! read more

I took one of our carpet cleaning vans to Jack's Alignment. We knew the alignment was off because a tire had worn to the steel belts quickly. I was sure that we would need new ball joints or other front end repairs. About 30 minutes after I dropped it off, they called and said it just needed a basic alignment and not expensive repairs. Brought my vehicle to jacks to get an estimate on some work to be done, they call me to come pick it up after giving me a ballpark figure and it's quite high so I take the car home and notice some extra play in the front end. Upon parking the vehicle I notice 1 lug nut is missing from the spare I put on, and the other 4 are loose as a goose and able to be hand tightened!!! Okay so some time passes and I haven't moved the vehicle and now go to take it down the street to another shop to get an estimate, I watch the mechanic take the front tires off and upon removing the lug nut cover on my passenger front wheel there's another lug nut missing!!!!! I had all my lug nuts on my tires before going to jacks and now suffered severe damage to my tire as a result of their poor service. read more

I brought my Jeep in after I repaired the front end from an accident. My assumption was that the Jeep would clearly need an alignment. The mechanic at Jack's Alignment Service told me that my jeep was fine and I didn't need an alignment, so he didn't charge me anything. The Mechanic also took the time to show me some things I needed to fix from my repair job. They could have easily charged me for an alignment, and I would never have been the wiser. Awesome honest I think they said they have been in the springs for 40 years. There equipment is proper and modern they really know what they are doing here. They are even cheaper then a lot of other places in town when I went. Took it to jacks truly a real suspension and alignment shop after another shop said I needed $1700 in repairs and parts.
