Walked in because I was attracted to a small corner of colorful little items and trinkets. Noticed that the staff didn't greet me when I walked in but I didn't think too much of it until I saw that they had greeted the people who came in after me. I also noticed that they greeted folks who left. I walked around looking at different items but no one came to help me - they just stood there. When I left, I also noticed that no one greeted me either. Not sure if it's because I look different from their typical customer base but I just did not feel welcomed in there. Decided to take my business somewhere else. Took a look at these reviews after I left and only confirmed what I had already felt in there - customer service is just not good here. Most unfriendly staff- on there phones and not helpful. We're not helpful in assisting anyone and made everyone in the store feel extremely uncomfortable. I'm disappointed. When we went to checkout the girl just rolled her eyes at my children and I. The store next door has much friendly and interactive staff. These staff member at Jackie's are in the wrong business clearly. read more

My 14 year old loved this cute Chatham boutique with mid-priced women's fashion and super-sassy accessories. She snagged 2 pair of sunglasses marked down to $5 at the end of summer. Lots of goodies here. read more

Return or exchange has to be within 7 days. I guess they only focus on tourists. I tried to return for store credit with receipt and tags on at day 9 and was denied with extreme rudeness. I don't suggest shopping there. read more

Great clothes terrible customer service. Came at 10:20am when the store was supposed to open at 10am. Said they needed a few minutes. Waited for 20 outside. Said they needed a few more minutes and wouldn't tell us when they were actually opening. Lost more than a few customers this morning. If you have business hours... Follow them. read more

I love the clothing in this store! They have a great selection of cute dresses, tops, bottoms, and accessories. I feel that it is a little over priced but not bad. However the terrible customer service turns me away from this store. The staff didn't greet a single customer or myself during my time in the store. They didn't ask anyone if they needed help either. All they did was stand around staring at the customers with snoody looks on their faces. It's a shame the customer service is lacking because I'll most likely skip this store during my next visit. read more

We visit Cape Cod every year. Walked in and liked the store...they have great pieces and prices are good, but staff has an attitude and must not realize that the people who come in and purchase keep them open. Or perhaps they don't care. While in the store, I heard two of the sales girls talk about a customer who came in asking if they had an item. They were so rude about it! I almost walked out without buying the items I had in my hand. Not a big fan of rude salespeople so won't be visiting this store again. read more

Awesome store!! Great clothes! I was in Chatham for a wedding and needed a dress for taking my senior pictures at the last minute. I immediately found one and of course a few other things! People think it's over priced, but some things are just high end!! read more

Although Jackie's has some cute things, their sales staff is less than friendly. My 10 year old daughter asked the salesperson if her older sister could try on a shirt on a manikin. Without looking up she said we don't take it off the manikin, there should be one on the rack. I had to step in and inform her there wasn't one on the rack in her size which was why we asked to try on the one on the manikin. I should have taken that as a cue to say never mind and walk out but my daughter loved the shirt so we waited. The woman said well we must have one in the back. She sent a young girl out to look. After several minutes she came back informing the woman there weren't any others. The young girl asked if she should take it off the manikin. The woman said well it's probably not even a small (it was we had already checked the tag). The girl informed her it was and was reluctantly allowed to remove it. We ended up purchasing the shirt but I wish I had said never mind with the owner standing there. This salesperson was rude and completely inconvenienced but us looking to make a purchase in the store. It took about a minute to take the shirt off and about a minute to put something new on. Next time I think I'll just keep walking. read more
