I have been dealing with Gervin Management as my homeowners association, for way too long. Jerry…read moreNardone, is a shady person. Don't trust him nor his workers. My relationship with Jerry and his staff, has been off since the very first day I met him. He and select workers have harassed me continuously over the years. At open meetings, private matters have been brought up by management. I was being followed around the community when I was walking. Daytime, and early evening(after business hours). They would show up at the pool when I'm at the pool, trying to talk to me. I ignored him. I mailed Gervin management letters with dates and times of incidences. Never once did I get a response or an acknowledgement to my letters on the complaints about his employees. This past Saturday they mulched my back yard flower bed and pulled all of my creeping phlox on the one side out, but left the others. I am grandfathered in with maintaining my flowers, because I have flowers. They mulched behind my ac/heating unit and removed a black box that was placed back thereby the exterminator and left it on the lawn in front of the ac/heating unit. They had no right to remove that box and place it in front of my ac/heating unit. He hires non english speaking people to work for him, I'm all about diversity, teach them about different plants. They have no idea of the plants and the different blooming times. If it looks dead they pull it. I even have a note that I maintain my flower beds. But management is in the flower bed removing my plants and flowers. Today I came home to only my unit with piles of mulch just sitting there. They mulched my front flowers and left a mess. No one else has this Mess, just me! If your a single female, ladies just use caution. He will just show up at your house, no notice or warning, you do not need to let him in your house. Jerry speaks to non deeded members of the unit (my child) about issues that are intended for deeded members. He has no authority to speak with non deeded members. Will I recommend Gervin Management, nope never. The shady stuff that continues to go on with this management. A few years ago, when I was speaking with the owner of Gervin, Jerry, he made a comment about women and being taller than him, it was the way it was said. I stand 5'5", not tall but definitely taller than him. So, I've come to the conclusion, if you're taller than Jerry, who is a short shit, you'll have problems.

She…read morenever returned phone calls or emails and was consistently late for appointments, open houses, etc. Don't be impressed by her real estate awards, it will not get your house sold sooner or a new house purchased quicker or for a higher/lower price. Her office staff is okay but they were very unprofessional. Once we decided to not use Jackie to purchase our new house, she was all over us trying to accomadate us, etc. But at the point it was too late. She subsequently sent us numerous emails ranting and raving trying to defend herself and tell us how we were wrong and she was right. We shocked at how unprofessional she was. This type of unprofessional behaviour clearly is not considered when it comes to the awards she has won. Again, I would not recommend this office. You will be left on your own.

I'm dismayed and frustrated with Coldwell Banker broker's representation we have received from…read moreDalys Keith (Silver Spring, Maryland) and CB's brand trust has been questionable. It is became clear that our communication messages to the buyers weren't passed fully, buffered by Mrs. Keith and weren't timely. She was not an advocate for us "the sellers", rather she mostly supported the buyers agent. Mrs. Keith communication was at times combative and rude, especially after we decided not to engage her services as our buying agent. Three statements she said drove our decision: 1. after we selected CB as our selling agent, Mrs. Keith told us that she always uses photoshop for staging houses. She even put fake furniture in our listing photos, we stopped her from taking our a leaning tall tree in front of the house photo. 2. At a consensus meeting Mrs. Keith invited five of her colleagues and friends of other real estate brokers who instead helping us arrive at accurate selling price of our house, they trashed everything about it and suggested to dramatically lower our original price. 3. Mrs. Keith during the negotiation of the purchasing offer, she insisted on accepting the buyers $7,000 credit toward closing costs. I managed over 400 best of the best travel sales people during my 20 years at American Express Company and as Vice President Of AAA New York. I'd recommend specific professional training for Mrs. Keith and other agents at the same level of performance. 1. Communication and Influence 2. Personal accountability 3. Integrity sales training, including strong values and ethics I'm sure you know that in the past one did-satisfied client told 10 people about their bad experience with a service provider. Nowadays with internet and social media, they tell thousands of people like posting on Yelp, LinkedIn and Facebook, etc. It isn't easy to keep CB's Brand Trust.
