I was upgrading my Hikvision NVR security system but needed someone to install more cameras at my residence. I went on Yelp and got 3 bids. Ricardo from Jack Wires responded within 1 hour. I got bids within a few hours and he said he would match them using CAT6 wire. He was able to come out fast, in only 2 days. His installation partner Ozzie was also fantastic and worked very well together as a team. My wife liked that they cleaned up at every point of their camera installations. No mess or clean-up after all the cameras were installed. I had a slight activation problem with the cameras I bought (not Ricardo's problem). He promised to come back in a few days and kept his word, did not leave me hanging. He came back out this morning (at no charge) and worked with Hikvision tech support to get the cameras activated. Needed to change IP addresses for each camera they installed with the Hikvision SADP Tool. Everything works perfectly now. I was shocked at how secure the Hikvision system is.
