At each juncture, I was subjected to a demoralizing, stomach churning Request for Evidence (RFE) but undaunted, Josh reviewed, collated, indexed and submitted our responses to approval every time. I was also rather unlucky to be shortlisted in the DV-2015 Green Card Lottery but for the first time in the program's History my case number range was never called and hence did not become current due to a new automated system that gave me the royal shaft! He proceeded to waste both my time and my ex wife's attorneys time by delaying, postponing and cancelling hearings, mediations and court dates. This man should be disbarred. After I paid him in full (for the work he had done up to that point), he stopped responding to any and all of my questions and concerns regarding some still outstanding issues with my divorce. There was still work to be done by him that was mandated by the judge, yet he did not do so. My ex wifes attorney had to file an injunction against him just to get him to file the necessary paperwok that the judge mandated he do. During mediation, he did not advise me and as a result, I ended up agreeing to things I should not have agreed to during my divorce. He showed up 37 minutes late to the mediation and worked on someone else's case right there! I was shocked. I think the mediator was as well because he kept looking at him with this odd stare. This same mediation was also re-scheduled three times by Mr. Fredrickson, delaying our divorce for almost four months. I ended up having to go out and hire another attorney to clean up his mess and to represent me properly.
