I spoke with the owner upon delivery of my first phase of loose photos, and he laid out different options based on my wants, needs and budget. I was kept in the loop and notified of phases being complete. I then sent a few very old photo albums, with sticky pages, and even those came out great in the scanning process. He gave us a call let us know so we were able to adjust and get there earlier so we could still get some garden shots.
