I was upfront with Braden Wheel Towing LLC about my concerns, and the dispatcher took the time to explain how the vehicle would be secured, what route they'd use, and when to expect a status update during the haul. They followed through. I received one check-in call mid-trip, which was delivered within the promised time frame, and the vehicle arrived without a scratch. The long-distance rate was explained clearly before I committed. For a job this length, I felt like the communication and follow-through were worth the cost."

The technician showed up with the right replacement size already mounted, which saved a lot of back-and-forth. He worked efficiently in traffic conditions that were less than ideal and made sure the new tire was torqued correctly before letting me drive off. Also did a quick pressure assessment on the remaining three, which I didn't ask for. The fee matched what was quoted. For roadside tire work in heavy Atlanta traffic, this was handled well."

I called High Limit Towing and Roadside specifically because they mentioned flatbed service with soft tie-downs and wheel-net rigging. That's not a given with every towing company. The driver confirmed the setup before loading, used protection on the contact points, and loaded it slowly without rushing. No dragging, no scraping. I checked and confirmed that the delivery to the dealership was made without any new marks. Pricing reflected the specialty service and was communicated before the truck rolled. That transparency made the cost easier to accept. Would use them again for this vehicle."

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Lack of Professionalism and Failure to Follow Instructions…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this towing company. I arranged this tow through my insurance company, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. My tow was completed first thing in the morning. Before I left my vehicle, I personally spoke with the driver and specifically explained that the keys needed to be handed directly to a service advisor at the dealership. The driver assured me that he understood and would do exactly that. However, later that afternoon, I checked the dealership's vehicle service app and noticed there had been no movement on my vehicle. It was around 4:00 PM--approximately an hour after my vehicle's scheduled appointment time--and there was still no indication that the dealership had received or checked in my vehicle. I immediately contacted the service advisor. He informed me that he had no record of my vehicle being on the dealership lot. He told me he would investigate and call me back. Approximately an hour later, the advisor called me back and explained that he had asked around to see if anyone had received my keys. He then had to search the dealership's 13-acre property to locate my vehicle. He eventually found it--but there were no keys with the vehicle. It was later determined that the keys had been placed in the dealership's night-drop box, with no information on the keys with the location of and who the car belonged to despite my explicit instructions to the driver that the keys were to be given directly to a service advisor. This resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration. Had I not checked the service app and contacted the dealership myself, I have no idea how long it would have taken for anyone to realize where my vehicle was or locate the keys. Since this was done on a Saturday, I had to extend my rental an additional two days due to the lack of professionalism the tow driver had. I also spoke directly with the owner about the situation. I was told that his wife would contact me regarding the matter. It has now been two weeks since the tow, and I am still waiting for that call. There has been no follow-up and no resolution. To make matters worse, although my tow was first thing in the morning, the driver's appearance and overall presentation gave the impression that he had already been working for an extended period. It did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone entrusted with transporting a customer's vehicle. I understand that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of not following clear instructions, failing to properly communicate the vehicle's delivery, creating unnecessary delays, and then failing to follow up after the owner was made aware of the problem. Because this service was arranged through my insurance company, I will be contacting them to report this experience and strongly recommend that they reconsider using this towing company for their customers. When someone is trusted with your vehicle, you should be able to expect professionalism, proper procedures, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service.
