Service (5 stars) - I've been here a few times in the past, but today was a memorable experience. I ordered to go and was there for less than 10 minutes. The cashier was courteous and friendly. Further, there was an error in my order and, without hesitation, the cashier gave me a free compliment when I addressed the error. Another positive note would be that Jack in the Box serves breakfast anytime. Value (5 stars with coupons) - You get a great deal and savings because I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger ($4.19 each) for two family members, but I got the other order for free with a coupon. I also had a coupon to get a free 3-piece Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers ($2.19), so I ordered a large Seasoned Curly Fries ($2.49) to get that free popper. However, I was charged $2.29 for a large French Fries. No fuss! I was about to return the French Fries, but the staff said to keep it and also gave me the large Seasoned Curly Fries for free. Total savings: $8.87 (savings with coupons was $6.38 plus the $2.49 free bonus getting the curly fries because of an error). Food (3-4 stars) - Rated based on my family's experience. The meat on the Ultimate Cheeseburger was a bit gamy, but it was cooked to order. The French Fries, Seasoned Curly Fries and Jalapeño Poppers were seasoned well and crispy. read more

Do NOT Order thru Grub Hub or any delivery service. We ordered 1 full meal, 3 egg rolls and 8 nuggets. The egg rolls were burnt. Picture included. The nuggets were also burnt, hard ans dry. We requested sauce. No sauce included in our order. The cola was 3/4 full. They jip their delivery customers. Their employees are lazy and careless for quality and customer service. It explains their low star rating. read more

Jack in the Box - Burnt egg rolls thru Grub Hub delivery. - Burgers Near Me - Yuba City, California

This last time I was at this branch, I had a great experience. The drive thru line was backed up but it is to be expected seeing as they cook your order on the go. The person running the drive thru not only greeted me, but they were polite and sounded like they actually wanted to be there. The customer service rep took my order, asked thoughtful questions because I asked for no cheese in the sandwich (also asked if I wanted to take out any other creamy sauces because of their dairy base), and got our food to us in good time. Fast food is supposed to be just that: order and receive your food quickly. They hit that right on the nose and were also polite and courteous. We need more of that in food service. Thank you, Jack in Box. read more

Missing ingredient food is cold. Kept getting the order wrong. Prices are reasonable.

Food was prepared with care. My #29 Breakfast was great. Before 8am Bryon & Team were so friendly and had great energy. Super welcoming. Restaurant was clean and didn't have that strong chemical cleanser smell. read more

Fast food is not a new concept but J in the B on Colusa has no idea how it's supposed to work. I have been thru a few times a can't believe how long the wait is. Peak hours or off hours this place takes FOREVER to make your food. Don't go to this JintheB unless you want to spend 20-30 minutes in their drive through. read more

Excellent service on a late Sunday afternoon. I used the mobile app for my order with pick-up at the counter. The food was prepared exactly as requested and was ready in a bit over 5 minutes. Excellent preparation of the Jumbo Jack burgers and tacos. Food tasted very good with the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers very fresh. The staff was very pleasant and efficient in handling the order with the meal coming out piping out. The dining room was clean and the condiment bar was well stocked. A very enjoyable meal. I visited this same location about a month ago when traveling through Yuba City and the service and food on that occasion was just as good as todays visit. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a while. We ordered 4 cheap burgers, some fries, tacos and jalapeño poppers. After an hour of waiting I told them to cancel my order. Tell your friends to go to the Jack-in-theBox by Walmart if they really want Jacks. read more

Absolutely terrible service never coming back! They made us along with the two cars behind us pull out of the drive thru window and park to make them look good. When we got here one out of the two girls on staff took a smoke break right outside the door immediately making everything smell. read more

Great customer service! Both manager and the other employee were extremely kind to us. Someone took our food by mistake and manager went above and beyond in making it up to us! Greatly appreciated their hospitality read more

The young boy who works at the drive-thru at 1am is the rudest because I was a Dasher there waiting for my order I waited two whole hours picking up two orders. MIND YOU There were three other cars parked before me, after when he handed out those orders two more cars came after me. The problem was that those cars that arrived after me got their orders but I never got my pick-up order for an informed customer on Doordash. Then another Dasher came he waited for 5 whole minutes for their order, I got to the point where I had to come to the window to pick up the order and it was sitting on the counter THE WHOLE TIME! I recommend going to the Marysville Jack in the Box they are way faster and the wait is only about 5 minutes for each order they do. read more

Then the Juanita is the manager and she is working the drive thru window no mask you ignorant fool, I can imagine how nasty their kitchen is inside, I wonder when their last inspection was? Missing half my food through Uber eats very disappointed and upset with there service

So only half of the menu was up on the board and they offered no solution. I was stuck in between cars for about 15 minutes. It Has to be the slowest Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. No I didn't get any food because I was so pissed off read more

This jack in the box is filthy. Ordered a chicken fajita. Usually they are so delicious. It was served with cold chicken, no seasoning, hamburger was gross, fries were limp and yucky. It was awful. Threw our food away and ate somewhere else. We didn't bother taking it to the counter to complain, staff looked like it wouldn't matter anyway. They were too Busy gossiping . And it wasn't busy at all. No excuse for crappy food. Hey employees.....instead of childish gossiping....clean your bathrooms. Clean your counters, wash the door. Your restaurant is nasty. read more

I would rate this negative stars because the customer service was abhorrent. The black female with red in her hair was at the drive in and I order "2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a dollar chicken sandwich, medium curly fries and a medium Dr Pepper " she got the order wrong so when I corrected her she threw a fit and huffed and puffed and was extremely rude when handing me my food. I will not be going to this one again, I would rather drive to the next nearest Jack In The Box to avoid that customer service disaster read more

Placed 60 dollar order thew post mates order came my kids nuggets were burnt hard as rocks My husbands quad was a triple My son is autistic and only each certain thing orders regular fries they sent curly Called them not one to ever complain or write a review but I am a manager my self I called them they denied making the order I had to provide prof on my phone. They offered to just cook a patty remake the nuggets and give me a fry. That was ok until she said I needed to pick it up myself I told her I home with kids can't drive. I said can u refund what was burnt and not delivered she said no their is nothing I can do for u with the worst attitude. No wonder they have two stars. Treat people with respect so called managers read more

Very disappointed. We ordered the Sour Dough Jack, Chicken Fajita, and Buttery Jack meals. The sandwiches were poorly made and upset our stomachs. The curly fries were overcooked to crisps. The filled ourselves with soda because of the poor quality of food. It was not busy because there were only 2 other customers and it was 12:30pm. We love The Box; therefore, we were disappointed with the food. read more

Ordered 130$ worth of food for our family and did not get our burger with the meal, we even had to remind the female worker that she forgot our large drink. Then they had only given us 2 sauces for 4 people and we had left a good tip of 20$. Very disappointed. read more

after getting into Yuba City late after a family emergency we were all needing a quick meal. We went through the drive thru and ordered our meals, pulled up and paid, then they asked us to pull up and they'd bring us our food. We sat there for about 15 minutes waiting and then the manager emerged with our bags, while apologizing for it taking so long. We got home with our food after a 5 minute drive and our food was COLD. It was like it was pulled out of the fridge and thrown in the bag. It was horrible. read more

Drive thru at night is all bad it has being my longest drive thru wait ever felt like I was in a fancy restaurant. Ridiculous. Wait time for order was also bad she told me to wait a min where infact I waited 10 min. Then I pointed it out that it was taking a while and she told me to wait a sec. I waited for 3 min till I said I've being waiting for a while. She sounded mad when I told her of the time. read more

Very rude customer service today at noon. I placed a mobile order and the lady on the speaker was loud and disrespectful. She acted like I was inconveniencing them by even placing an order. I told her I would like to cancel my order and wanted a refund. She said no and that to get a refund I had to go through the app. I asked for her name and corporate number and she refused to give them to me. I left after her crew kept shouting for us to leave. Without our food or money back mind you. Hopefully corporate sees this and trains their managers on how to treat customers. read more
