Not good? It was terrible!! While traveling we stopped at store #4861 on 45. We dont have these stores where we live: "Let's try it!" Ew! Ick! And the service? awful. Nasty food. Don't go to these stores- Go to ANY OTHER fast food, but definitely Not a Jack in the Box. yuck read more

I went in there today June 25th and a big black truck me and my stepdad and my boyfriend went through to get us some food my mom ordered a croissant at breakfast croissant and it was really really tiny my stepdad ordered the double meat cheeseburger he only got one meat and then I ordered chicken strips the large order chicken strips for $13 and all they gave him was fries and when I called him back to complain they threaten to call the cops on me instead of make it right so I had a suggest you don't go there and by the way the guy that answered the phone wouldn't speak English hung up on me kept the phone off the hook so I wouldn't call back. And I'm not using a caring but that's a $13 order that's pathetic. And you know what that really sad part of it was it was the manager that waited on us so the manager's not very competent either so no wonder should have competent employees. read more

Right when I entered the Jack in the box I didn't really think much about it until I got to my seat and saw a drink spilled all over the seat. I moved to another seat and was all good. When I got to order I ordered my usual and got to my seat to wait. The wait took 24 minutes and I was a little surprised because the food was cold. Like how do you take that long to make cold food. The service was totally slacking and sleeping on the job because when I ordered they didn't really listened to my order and got one thing wrong. On top of that nightmare there was a hair in my food. I was shocked on how terrible this Jack in the box was. I should have looked at the reviews on this place before. I've never had to write this bad of a review but I hope the staff sees this and learns from it and improves. read more

All I wanted was a 50/50 popcorn chicken box and this is what I got. About 18 pieces and very old soggy fries. Horrible customer service. Wasn't really expecting much because it is jack in the box but cmon. This is just not it read more

I would give "0" stars if I could. This place is sh*t. We are from out of town in a hotel and ordered Uber Eats. We were very specific in the sauces we wanted and reminded them to include the sauces. the burgers showed up cold, with literally unmelted, just pulled out of the refrigerator, cheese on it, and all the egg roll orders, chicken bites, and other sides had the sauces missing. we tried to call them for over an hour and no one would answer the phone. Totally unacceptable service and totally acceptable that an establishment does not answer there phone at 8pm. Save your money, order from anywhere else but here! read more

I've come often and always had great service from this one guy but man I came through tonight and this young small Mexican lady I guess was havin a rough night or somethin cause man she was rude read more

Literally the worst jack I've been too in a while, Taco only had cheese hardly any meat. Another time they gave me attitude about fries they had forgotten to put in my to go order. The man also proceeded to tell me he only gave me one sauce because he was out and didn't want to get more. read more

Not a bad place to go, if don't mind eating in the middle of a crime scene! We were hit by a rancid odor as soon as we walked in. The dining area was disgusting, the floor was filthy, all the tables were covered in dried soda, crumbs of old food and dead bugs. The nicest thing I can say is that the lady behind the counter who took our order was very polite. read more

As I was ordering my meals I had asked for 2 #16 and a worker assumed I was done. And continued and they made me a separate order, it was ok and I wasn't bother. However for the worker to look at me like I'm the crazy one and to think I'm at the wrong?? Bad service read more

there no drinks and a bad review don't come if you really hungry you just gonna get mad

This location is absolutey terrible!!! When going to the drive through, my orders are NEVER right, fries are cold from sitting too long (ive never had fresh fries from here), multiple times ive had to turn around after recieving my screwed up order just to walk inside to have to argue my case about how messed up my order is. (ie - tell them no lettuce on something, guaranteed to get lettuce on said item, missing burgers, cold/old fries, forgets to hand you drinks) just an overall terrible terrible quality, this place went down hill. Im a local and visited this place since i was a kid, but it will be a good long while till i visit here again... if ever... dont even want to give them 1* read more

Joe the manager in charge provided an excellent service for us and I will definitely be back to this jack in the box

No issues here. Fresh food and delicious burgers. Much better service than Burger King down the street.

So just finished getting my food delivered from Foor dash. My brother and I both got burgers. And he finds a piece of hair in his. We both love jack but honestly it's probably the last time we come to the one in TC, feel like they don't take their business seriously due to finding hair. So if we have to we'll go to another ones read more
