I went in there today June 25th and a big black truck me and my stepdad and my boyfriend went through to get us some food my mom ordered a croissant at breakfast croissant and it was really really tiny my stepdad ordered the double meat cheeseburger he only got one meat and then I ordered chicken strips the large order chicken strips for $13 and all they gave him was fries and when I called him back to complain they threaten to call the cops on me instead of make it right so I had a suggest you don't go there and by the way the guy that answered the phone wouldn't speak English hung up on me kept the phone off the hook so I wouldn't call back. And I'm not using a caring but that's a $13 order that's pathetic. And you know what that really sad part of it was it was the manager that waited on us so the manager's not very competent either so no wonder should have competent employees. read more

Right when I entered the Jack in the box I didn't really think much about it until I got to my seat and saw a drink spilled all over the seat. I moved to another seat and was all good. When I got to order I ordered my usual and got to my seat to wait. The wait took 24 minutes and I was a little surprised because the food was cold. Like how do you take that long to make cold food. The service was totally slacking and sleeping on the job because when I ordered they didn't really listened to my order and got one thing wrong. On top of that nightmare there was a hair in my food. I was shocked on how terrible this Jack in the box was. I should have looked at the reviews on this place before. I've never had to write this bad of a review but I hope the staff sees this and learns from it and improves. read more

I would give "0" stars if I could. This place is sh*t. We are from out of town in a hotel and ordered Uber Eats. We were very specific in the sauces we wanted and reminded them to include the sauces. the burgers showed up cold, with literally unmelted, just pulled out of the refrigerator, cheese on it, and all the egg roll orders, chicken bites, and other sides had the sauces missing. we tried to call them for over an hour and no one would answer the phone. Totally unacceptable service and totally acceptable that an establishment does not answer there phone at 8pm. Save your money, order from anywhere else but here! read more

This location is absolutey terrible!!! When going to the drive through, my orders are NEVER right, fries are cold from sitting too long (ive never had fresh fries from here), multiple times ive had to turn around after recieving my screwed up order just to walk inside to have to argue my case about how messed up my order is. (ie - tell them no lettuce on something, guaranteed to get lettuce on said item, missing burgers, cold/old fries, forgets to hand you drinks) just an overall terrible terrible quality, this place went down hill.
