Trying it out not bad more issues with the facilities than anything else. Had the sausage egg and cheese croissant which was very good nice to be able to get it in the afternoon. Service was good being that it took awhile so it was fresh to start with. Little overcooked on the hash browns thou. Facility needs some work paint bubbling trim missing on corners. read more

Now why is my burger like this? My first lunch plans did work out so I headed to Jack in the Box. I got the double bacon smashed jacked. I was so excited to have a juicy and cheesey burger with a lil taste of bacon on it! I opened up the box and noticed the cheese wasnt drippy looking. I grabbed my burger and it didn't have that little burger dip that typically happens during the fresh out of the wrapper pick up. When that little dip didn't hit my thumb right, I knew something was off. My buns were hard and my meat was dry. I even broke the burger in half to see was I not giving it a chance. The meat was even dry in the middle. Please don't go here. They shouldn't be making burger. Jack, baby please get in that box and figure something out because this isn't it at all!. They take a while to take your order, the service isn't good with timing. The parking lots has some holes, so please be aware of that! read more

This place has HORRIBLE service and terrible food......and I LIKE JACK IN THE BOX so that says something. Went inside two different times in a span of two months and both times while in line I felt really uncomfortable....the first time two gentlemen were trying to flirt and didn't want to hear me when I said I was married. The second time ,a guy sitting at a table maybe 3 feet from me, asked me if I had a crack pipe on me!! "Uuhh no sweetie, I left it at home DARNIT"‍ NO , I don't have a crack pipe buddy... come on now... Do better Sir Jack! I can't imagine that location makes ANY money. But what do I know ? read more

I know right!? Why bother go here when it has measly stars? Despite the staff changing frequently (it seems) every time we go through the drive-thru, either my order isn't correct once in a while, or they take too long, and when they're out of buttery buns so they'd replace the bun without informing... - They're closer than other fast food restaurants - The food is always hot - There are box deals - I like their snacks, especially limited editions Lastly to support my argument :P I grew up on Grampa Jack in the... crack'd Box. Yeah they've been around forever! read more

Ok. Had to take time out of my day to write this review as a Public Service Announcement (PSA). The food was horrible; the service was atrocious; and the lobby cleanliness was disgusting the first time. We vowed to never go back. We conduct workshops at the Public Library across the street and had no other choice due to time constraints and went back. Ok a few months passed. There was no way it was that bad again?! Wrong. The second time the lobby was beyond disgusting. I had to eat due to my low blood sugar, or we would have left. I could not even use my power wheelchair there without running over food waste on the floor all over the entire lobby. Rice, half eaten burgers, taco meat and other not recognizable stuff. It was so bad, it looked intentional. Ok the good news, my service animal got several free snacks from the floor. There is that. My wife was an Assistant Manager at a Jack's in Squim, Washington. She was embarrassed. We know this is NOT their standards (or ANY place you eat). We had also owned a 6000sqft restaurant in the past. We know if the lobby was this badly maintained, we were appalled to think what the kitchen was like. /shutters Ok, you might think the staff was so busy that they had no time to clean. Not the case. The credit card machines were down nationwide for Jack's and the 3 or 4 members of the staff were loudly "shooting the breeze" in the kitchen. Sorry, not an accurate head count because they were out of sight. We could hear them clearly though and we were on the other side of the lobby! Ok, I am normally not like this. The Manager on duty needs to find another career option. Again, as a PSA, the Temple Texas food inspectors need to pay this place a surprise visit. Sorry. My wife wanted to take photos but had left our only cellphone at the library. Trust me, it was disgusting. In a word, you were warned, STAY AWAY. I would leave a minus star review, but that is not an option. Michael Lenox MMC/SS/DV USN (Ret) read more

Terrible customermer service, I'm currently writing this while I've waited for 15 minutes just for them to take my order, I was the first in line no one behind me or in front. A lady walked waited for 5 minutes then asked how long I was waiting then left. read more

I am very picky about customer service. My daughter and I went to this Jack-in-the-Box. When we pulled up to order, there was a sign posted saying "cash only". I didn't know until I got to the window to pay that I did not quite have enough cash to cover or food. The cashier was very sweet, and said that it was perfectly fine, and offered to give me and my daughter, a drink. When I got my food, I also noticed there was a taco that I did not order in my bag. Even though it was a bit of an inconvenience, the staff at this Jack in the box made up for it with their kindness, flexibility, and hospitality. To make the experience even better, the fries were crunchy and hot and eggroll was super crunchy and delicious! Definitely recommend this Jack in the box! read more

Boy, was this something in the box alright. I ordered 65 tacos to go for my sons birthday party. His name is Chuck, but the kids at school call him chunky. All he wanted for his birthday was tacos, but instead, he got 65 tacos with lettuce. My son clearly does not eat lettuce because he is 10 years old, stands at about 5 feet 4inches, and weights almost 275 pounds. He actually cried so much that I had to get him Oreos from the gas station down the road. However, the tacos were good, so it's a 4 star, thanks. read more

I went there this morning to eat Breakfast. while eating another customer told me there was a cockroach right above me on the ceiling tile. There was an employee in the lobby he just said "that was a big one" he just simply shrug ot off and continued his conversation in the lobby with a customer friend of his. I move to another table and the cockroach continue walking toward the other table that I was sitting at. No one did anything about, I guess the roach is like a pet to them. Eventually the roach went back into a crevice between the tile and the light fixture read more

How slow can you go? very slow at this location. Also not very clean. I waited over 15 minutes before tacos and curly fries. I am not sure why it took so long. Also they didn't do anything when I told him there was someone parked in a handicap space at another handicap permit or a parking permit or license of any kind of was a handicap. Also the place was really really dirty read more

Place was so delicious. I'm glad we don't have jack in the box in Florida or I would never lose weight. I let my bro choose my meal and he picked the number one with curly fries and Vanilla Coke. It was on point. It's open twenty four seven so if you ever get cravings go for it. read more

So, it's a Jack-in-the-Box. The expectation can't be that it's just wonderful food and a wonderful atmosphere. However, I was dumb enough to just drive off and leave my credit card there on Saturday and when I discovered I didn't have it late Sunday afternoon I retrace my steps. On Monday I went back to this Jack-in-the-Box and told them that I had lost my card and this was the last place that I used it and the gentleman went to the back room and came out with my card. I'm giving them a five star rating because they are honest. read more

Night Shift manager is so rude he forgot my fries and after waiting for 40min on the drive thru lane to get my fries i asked if they could replace my tacos or reheat them because they got cold and he was so rude didn't act like a manager. Just doesn't care about the customers at the end he said well i guess what you want is free food so I'll give you free food. He was also trying to blame another employee for his mistake since he was the one who gave me my order. So unprofessional! read more

One of the employees was super rude. Extremely slow. Honestly disappointing. They were messing up orders

Me and mg fiance always come here. We love Jack in the box. No matter how slow they are they definitely have the best food.

The food prep referred to me as the "red neck" to the sever in the to - go line. I could tell the server was uncomfortable, but did nothing other than hand me the sack of food and smile. Will never go back to this establishment unless there is a ownership change. read more

This particular jack n the box on the day i went proved that they value customer service. One of the managers was so upset that the customers had to wait more then 3-4 min on their orders. Which for jack n the box i think is good since the food is not already ready. The jumbo deals are always pretty good you get a lot of food for the money. I am not crazy about jack n the box but they do have some decent food. read more

Ladies and Gentleman.... Please let me share my horror story with you. So its late the family wants Jack in the Box. All time favorite place, good food, usually fast friendly service.... but tonight is not the case. Now we travel from Cameron to Temple when we get a Jack craving (30 minutes each way). Yes the foods a bit cool when we get home but still worth it... So I'm sitting in the drive thru, order 2 ultimates, 2 fries, soda, and of course 4 tacos (best fast food tacos anywhere). Now I have learned to check the bags before coming back... sucks to have a wrong or missing order when you just drove this distance. I notice I'm missing a burger, so I flip around and get back in line.... When I get to the window (I'm not trippin, hell it happens) explained to La Tonya that I need another burger one was missing.. She turns to her coworker and ATTEMPTS to whisper "He just took it out the bag." Yes she did.... but I keep my mouth shut.. So I pull up to wait... Well here comes La Tonya, she hands me the bag then says "I checked the video, he put the burger in the bag." I said "No it wasn't in the bag. And you can check if you'd like. I haven't been anywhere else but this parking lot." So La Tonya, rolls her eyes and says "I should call the cops on you." Yes she did. Never again. I was so mad. Got called a liar, thief, and threatened by her with the police....over their mistake. That just did it for me... Update - We tried again at a different location a few weeks after this happened, the one by I35. To our utter surprise, there she was, on the drive thru speaker asking for our order. Anger gripped us again and we just had to take off. Now we go to the Taco Bell on 31st for late night cravings. Wonderful, friendly staff. So apologetic if they are not able to fulfill your order. Which is very rare... It's all in the way you treat people. read more

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break, to my surprise there wasn't a lunch time rush (now I know why)...rude lady who takes your order... Bad service. Bad food. Never again. Lost my business. read more

This location is the worst in the world. The staff always seems to be bothered by being at work, their attitude is terrible. They mess up even simple orders. Wait time from order to food is no less than 15 minutes if there is one or more people ahead of you. read more
