Never happened and my repeated phone calls went to voice mail and never were returned. I left a message that I was terminating my coverage as of that evening and got a call back within 5 minutes saying there was a problem with their phone system. Funny, it worked then but not for multiple weeks before that! Told Mr. Vacchiano to cancel my policy then got a call stating I had to show proof of a new policy which I sent immediately. I now have letter's threatening to turn me over to a collection agency if I don't pay for the coverage I received for a few days. Their excuse was that even though my policy ran from the 15th of each month, they decided to charge me from the 12th. Makes no sense but then neither does the fact that they were non responsive for weeks prior to that! I absolutely do not recommend this agency or company!
