I visited llangollen yesterday 7th Oct 2012, l was intreaged by this shop so me and my family went in to have a look, I loved the things in the shop so did my family, there was not much walk way as every think is stuffed in there, it's all over the place to be honest so found it awkward to move around, also as me and my family looked around the shop keeper was watching us like a hawk and giving us filthy looks, when I was leaving with my 2 year old son in tow he noticed little Welsh soft rugby balls in a box on the floor as I was waiting for my partner and 6 year old daughter to leave my son picked one up I took it off him and put it back in the box my son picked it up again so I took it off him again an put it back next thing I know the shop keeper marched behind him in such a temper and said can u take control of ur children he then picked the box with the balls in an marched back to the counter, I was really shocked and just couldn't belive wat he had done, I'm not being funny but my children are not rude or naughty in shops and If they had of been I'd have been the first to tell them to stop it, I'm not scared to discipline them at all and to be honest if u have things like that on the floor u can expect little fingers to grab at them, I'm really disgusted at the way we were treated in this shop an won't be going there again I think the shop keeper needs to control his temper and maybe learn some manners, apart from that we had a pleasant visit in llangollen it's just this insident wrecked it the shops name was jacaranda. read more
