I cannot praise the staff at Jacaranda enough - if there was a ten star rating, they would achieve it without question. Our wedding was December 2010 and Jacaranda were the 'house' caterers for our venue, Ramster in Chiddingfold, Surrey. Although initially concerned about costs / bartering power as there was only one catering option, and having already fallen in love with the venue, we pressed ahead anyway. Our tasting session was fantastic and our only trouble was deciding what to choose. With a husband allergic to fish and nuts, our choices from the set menu were a little limited, but we were accommodated straight away, and our mneu eventually consisted of both of our favourite foods. Individual baked camembert, pork belly and sticky toffee pud were applauded by all - such generous portions and fantastic quality that many guests said it was without doubt the best food served at a wedding they had ever had. Jacaranda are not just about the fantastic food though. As a neurotic bride, Sara and JJ completely put my mind at rest as well as set my whole wedding out by themselves as there was another wedding the day before. The attention to detail, care in presentation, subtleness, verve and professionalism of the staff meant i worried about nothing during the day, seamlessly moving from one part to the next knowing everything would be done and done well. Wedding Date ~ 26th March 2011 Tim and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Jacaranda, for making our wedding celebrations at The Barn at Bury Court so memorable, special thanks go to Nickie who really looked after us before and during the event. We received so many letters and cards from friends and family commenting on how amazing the food was and how friendly and efficient the staff were, and generally how thoroughly enjoyable the wedding was. Two of our guests are getting married in July up in Shrewsbury and are having lamb for their main course and everyone on their table was teasing them saying their lamb couldn't possibly be as good as ours! No pressure then ha ha! Jacaranda catered for our wedding in December at the Ramster. I cant praise Sara Voice and her team enough. I am at that age where i have been to loads of weddings over the last couple of years, and although all very good, none can really compare to what Jacaranda provided. The level of service, the attention to detail and the quality of there staff, i truly believe can not be surpassed. I am fairly easy going but i had the Bride from hell for 8 months prior to our big day, but this is what jacaranda does, they advise, listen and use all there experience to make this stressful time much more bearable. The food is excellent (i have been to two other wedding where they provided the food and each time it has been excellent), the bar/waiting staff look great, have perfect manors and are obviously trained to a very high standard. I could type pages on why you should use them but the bride from hell is now the wife from hell and is now Hoovering around my feet as i try to write this review!! read more

Jacaranda catered for our wedding on 3rd September 2011 at The Barn at Bury Court. I had to write a review as the service we received from Nickie and her team was truly outstanding! From the very beginning, Nickie was so helpful and catered to our every need. Being a bit of a worrier I wanted everything to be as perfect as possible and I knew from very early on that Nickie was absolutely across every detail, leaving me with very little to worry about! They were incredibly calm and efficient in the run up to the day and dealt with the numerous dietary changes we had to make for various guests with ease. As for the food, we have had SO many compliments from our guests about how delicious it was, many even saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! We chose Jacaranda to cater for our wedding in July 2010 at Farbridge, West Sussex. They were an incredible comfort on the day and did a fantastic job. The staff were amazing and so professional and there seemed to be nothing they could not do. The food was exceptional and every guest has raved about how good that fish pie was and most importantly, how nice it was to have hot food at a wedding! JJ was our main contact and it was such a relief to have him running the day as we never felt anything but utterly secure and confident in his abilities. Jacaranda catered my wedding early in December at the Barn at Bury Court nr. Farnham. I don't usually write reviews but they were exceptional and deserve praise for it. In terms of service Nicki and Rachel were friendly, accommodating, highly organised and completely professional - they made planning my wedding a very enjoyable experience, even calming my nerves when the bad weather threatened to disrupt things. We had the best wedding day ever and the food was definitely one of the highlights. Everyone commented on how great the food and how discreet the staff were. The food really was excellent, especially the tomato tart tatin starter and the chocolate torte pudding, yum! The evening bbq was also great and people were going back for seconds! The organisation was excellent and I'm sure they were sick of all my questions but they all got answered to set our minds at rest before the big day. The Jacaranada team were great. They catered to all our needs and within a tight budget, but they didn't compromise on the quality. The planning team were helpful, polite and creative, and the manager and waiting/bar staff on the night were excellent.
