At no point was I ever told that my appointment could be canceled if they didn't have other clients in my area participating, and that lack of transparency made the situation even more frustrating. Having an appointment canceled so close to the date felt unprofessional and inconvenient, especially after I had already planned around it and paid a deposit. The only positive in this experience is that they did say they would refund my deposit. I truly hope they improve their scheduling, communication, and reliability moving forward so other customers don't end up in the same situation.

Arelis was so great at managing my dog, I didn't think it was possible to get his attention and make him look SO cute in the pictures. (she even laid down on the floor to get some EPIC shots!) She did it the first time she did a beautiful job the last four times that I brought my little girl in to get a grooming they gave her the worst haircuts, all choppy, uneven haircuts when I asked who cut her hair they told me that specific groomer that I requested was the one who did it. I know she didn't because she did a good job so whoever they had cutting her hair did a terrible job. I spoke to the owner personally he didn't seem to care much that I was upset. He just said bring the dog back in and we'll fix it but like I told him you can't fix it. You mess it up so bad and it's too short. I called him for a second time. He seemed to be annoyed that I called him again and said he didn't wanna hear about it so as I think about it, it makes me sad. I trusted them for 15 years been very loyal. I wouldn't bring my daughter back there for nothing I would not recommend this place it used to be a wonderful, great grooming shop. I can no longer say that and I would not recommend this salon for your baby and I have a little dog so it's not too difficult to do a grooming. I found a new groomer nothing but good reviews. I even had a couple of people that recommended it so I'll be trying a new Groomer.... I would give this place zero stars.
