We recently got married in the DMV region and hired Joon Lee for our wedding photographer through a recommendation from a friend. I'm sure most couples who are getting married don't know where to go for a photographer (like us - we were clueless!) as it is very hard to find a good quality photographer. We really put a big emphasis on our photographer as we knew it would really be the only thing left that we can really cherish after our wedding. We were extremely fortunate and lucky to have found Mr. Lee. For the quality of pictures he provided, he should have charged us two to three times more! We hired him for both our engagement and wedding photo shoot. His wonderful artistic skills and hard work really showed in our pictures. He went over hours during our engagement photo shoot, looking for the best places, best lighting, and best quality for our pictures - and I got to say...he really met our expectations and more than beyond that. He worked so hard and produced wonderful pictures that we can cherish for a lifetime! If you are in the DMV region and seriously looking for a wedding photographer, please give Mr. Lee a try. I can guarantee you for the price you will be paying, he will give you more and beyond what you expect!! For my upcoming June wedding , I searched photographers from every EastCoast state. Started from Boston, seached NY, NJ, PA, MD, DC, and of course VA. I wanted to find someone local so I could save on the trip payment for the photographers . With helps of some nice friends, I found J photography Group. The owner, Photographer Joon met with me and my fiance and gave us a history of how he started photography and what his styles are. Photographer Joon is definitely not the typical classical photographer. His photos are more full of life and interesting. They are not the same style photos you see in normal wedding pictures. He will most definitely WOW you away on your first meeting. I had searched websites and blogs and had a fairly good idea of what types of photos I wanted and what types of albums, keepsakes I would like to keep from the wedding. Photographer Joon was very nice to share what others have done and what he recommends. He also gives advice on dresses, TuxS, flower deco and everything you would need to make your wedding AAA+++. So far, we've met once and we signed the contract. I will update once we do our photo shoot.
